Hotels Near Xiaoshan West Railway Station in Hangzhou

The experience was ok and the location of the hotel was very good. We were offered a better room than the good that was booked. As a foreigner you might have a little difficulty communicating. The facilities however are old,the place could be better if they did a minor upgrade.

It is indeed very convenient, as it's very close to People's square subway station. It is well located close to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan district administrative service center which I needed to visit. The room was good, tidy and comfortable. The staff service was quick and efficient. I was satisfied.

I brought my child to Hangzhou for a trip yesterday. I searched for this hotel from Ctrip by rating. I read a lot of previous reviews, all of which said it was very good, so I chose this hotel with a try-it attitude. Now I think this choice is really wise. Let me share a few feelings. 1. Because we are a family of four, we have a rigid demand for the bed, which must be large. We have stayed in a 1.2-bed room before, and it was too crowded to sleep with the child at night. I was worried that the child would turn over and fall down at night, which seriously affected my sleep. So this time I chose their twin room, because the room is large enough and the bed is 1.5 meters, which just meets our needs. 2. Because we came in summer, when we first checked into the hotel, the front desk thoughtfully prepared two boxes of small gifts for the children. The children were very happy to accept them. There were mosquito repellent bracelets, wind oil essence and a bunch of other travel essential artifacts, which made it convenient for us to visit the West Lake at night. 3. I wanted to go out to eat some local specialties early in the morning. The Mixc was diagonally opposite. Later, because I was afraid of the heat and the children didn’t want to leave, I temporarily changed to eat at the hotel. The various choices were really a surprise, but I was busy taking care of the children and didn’t have time to take pictures. In short, it was very nice. 4. It rained heavily when we came back from Leifeng Pagoda at night. The child caught a cold. I told the front desk and they quickly prepared hot water and cooling patches. I felt warm in my heart. 5. The service attitude of the front desk is really amazing. They are very patient and thoughtful. Because we are not familiar with Hangzhou, we kept asking questions. The front desk lady recommended many attractions suitable for children to visit according to our situation. Many museums are free. 6. Because the child had a cold and woke up and checked out a little late, the front desk lady helped to handle the free late check-out. I am really grateful! In general, sincerity for sincerity, and the thoughtfulness really touched us. If I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou again in the future, I will definitely choose here.

The lady at the front desk was very patient. I asked a lot of questions and they answered politely. They also knew a lot about the surrounding restaurants and attractions, and the places they recommended were all pretty good. I also want to give a thumbs up to the breakfast at this hotel! The dishes are diverse and taste great.

Was only here for a couple of nights as I needed to go to the entry/exit place nearby. For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc. the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.

The check-in experience is very good, especially the front desk service, the little girl is very nice, very good, polite and welcoming, is a very recommended hotel ～ I forgot to take photos inside.

Girls provide better service. Boys are not very enthusiastic. The person who took the luggage was also a girl. The one who greeted was also a girl. It is quite convenient to go to Xianghu Lake. The accommodation is average. There are not many public areas. Some of them are restaurants. It is recommended to have dinner.

That such a good hotel, I don’t understand why the price is so cheap. It’s really a good place to stay when you are traveling in Hangzhou. So clean, the room is quite large, the staff is helpful, and the view…is stunning❤️
