Very nice place and very delicious food every single day they serve, and very approachable staff and very good assistance. We recommended this hotel of 10 over 10, they super kindness and generous staff.. they always clean our room every single day. Thank you eliana premio hanoi hotel.

Eliana hotel is amazing. Staff are incredibly lovely, help with lots of things. Location is very accessible. Great selection of breakfast food that change every day. Definitely get your money's worth. Recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the action.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the hotel. People are very, very nice and helpful. Easy to get everywhere, great location. The room was very clean, equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious! Totally recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Très joli hôtel en plein centre d'Hanoi, très bien positionné dans le vieux quartier. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres, le petit déjeuner assez varié et correct. L'équipe est le point fort, etant très a l'écoute et disponible, grand merci à eux

Comfortable place to stay in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! Note that the top floor rooms under the kitchen gets a fair bit of noise very early in the morning. We mentioned this and they moved us down a floor which helped a lot!

Eliana Premio Hanoi Hotel is exceptional in every area. I have stayed in hotels in Asia for the past 30 years and very few measure up to the standards of Eliana. Staff are exceptional. So is the accommodation. Breakfast has a wide variety, is freshly cooked and served with a smile. Many 5 stars do not match Eliana.
