Super Lage in der Altstadt. Tolles Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und jetzt das Wichtigste: Durch Dave erhält das Hotel 5 Sterne+ von uns. Auf unseren weltweiten Reisen hatten wir schon viele nette und engagierte Hotelmitarbeiter erlebt. Dave übertraf aber alles und setzt den Maßstab unerreichbar hoch. Seine nette, höfliche und engagierte Art war unübertroffen. Er half uns in Hanoi bei jeder Frage und jedem Problem. Er plante unsere Reise mit uns um, da der Taifun Yagi unsere Pläne durchkreuzt hat. Dieses Hotel (mit Dave) ist ein Muss, um die Vietnamreise zu starten.

Stop your search, you have found the best hotel in Hanoi. In the most ideal location, with incredible balcony views of the lake, what more could you want. Dave looked after us so well. He even organised very early check in for us and a room promotion after a very long and early flight. Extremely recommend staying here. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and large.

Highly recommend staying here, beautiful spot and an extremely kind and helpful team of staff. The hotel has the perfect view over Hoan Kiem Lake right near the old quarter and french quarter with everything you could need. Dave the concierge was so helpful and considerate. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back.

Siamo stati ospiti di Dave per due notti. Le camere sono pulitissime e i letti molto molto comodi, la colazione super abbondante e buonisima. Dave è una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima, ci ha aiutato tantissimo durante il nostro soggiorno ad Hanoi, ha organizzato i nostri transfer da e per l'areoporto, atteso i nostri aerei in ritardo di ore, ha fatto da intermediario con il driver di un'altra compagnia per andare ad Ha Giang! Quando tornerò ad Hanoi tornerò sicuramente da Dave, abbiamo trovato un amico!

Je suis restée 2 nuits pour la fin de mes vacances à Hanoï. Chambre spacieuse avec fenêtre ET balcon, déco élégante, lit extra large, climatisation + ventilateur. Petit déjeuner compris servi à table, spécialement concocté au goût du client (options: "healthy", vietnamien, végétalien ou gourmand) avec des ingrédients frais et de grande qualité. Le réceptionniste (Dave) et le reste du staff super agréables, souriantes, avec l'attention au détail et toujours proactifs pour proposer un bon plan en ville ou arranger les déplacements. Un lieu chic, paisible et qui est a l'hauteur du prix. Pas d'ascenseur mais le staff vous aiderais à monter/descendre le bagage.

Everything about this place is top notch. Wonderful room and the staff went further and beyond to help. Location is superb in the old quarter and close to beer st and train st and silk st. Might pay to just be mindful of the many stairs to get up into the room and the restaurant is another 3 flights of stairs if you have any mobility issues. However they will deliver breakfast to your room which is so nice..

Arrived at La-Belle Maison hotel with my family on 7th July 2024, was greeted by Dave who immediately made our stay the most welcomed and comfortable I had ever experienced in my numerous travel stays. Dave and his team extends to us with personal attention in every aspect to make us feel at home. The rooms are large and very clean. Will surely return to stay and recommend our friends or relatives to use Maison if they are visiting Hanoi.

Really charming hotel, an island of peace in Hanoi. Exceptionally helpful staff, helped get everything from black tea and milk (hard for english folk to find in Vietnam) to extending our stay. Just a very friendly vibe. Lovely decor, good aircon. The shop below proved really handy! I would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

The rooms, service and location were all absolutely fantastic. The minute we walked through the Circle K, and up into the hotel, we were transported into a world of chic Vietnamese hospitality. The staff are all extremely polite, accompanied and hospitable. The breakfast was huge and prepared with care. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. The rooftop was a serene getaway from the bustle of the old quarter, with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to check-in early for a small fee, which was super convenient as our overnight flight got in very early in the morning. If I’m being nitpicky, the only complain was that the bed had two single mattresses laid together as one large (king?) mattress, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle.
