New, clean hotel. Great value for the price. Good location. In older hotels in Hanoi, it is typical to find mold, which is why I chose this new hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean and near market food

A relatively new hotel, but it has a strong smell and is very quiet. But there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient. There were actually mosquitoes 🦟, but the waiter dealt with it later.

The hotel is beautifully designed in French style, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is very nice. The breakfast is very rich and exquisite. The location is great, right in the old street, very satisfied!

Very cost-effective, recommended! In the old city, within walking distance to the train street, Xiaohongshu recommends beef noodles, barbecue noodles and chicken noodles. The room is very new, with dry and wet separated bathrooms, and an elevator to go upstairs. The buffet breakfast is also very rich.

This rating is fake, it feels very bad, and the positioning is inaccurate. I searched for it for half an hour based on the positioning and couldn't find it. I didn't make it clear that the refund would be made at 12 o'clock when I checked out. I was charged 300,000 VND for over one hour. The service from the front desk lady is not good👎

This is truly a lovely place to stay while in Hanoi. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, fresh and very roomy and the breakfast is always fresh and varied. Located within easy walking distance of some of the finest food and entertainment areas in Hanoi, this wonderful hotel has been a pleasure to stay in.

We returned to this hotel at the end of our visit to Vietnam and feel compelled to write a review because our experience was so memorable! We could not have felt more welcome and comfortable after our hectic travels. Nam and his team looked after us like family and at times we found it difficult to leave our room because the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom so well appointed. Really we were happy to luxuriate before our long flight. Along with the outstanding food provided and the service where nothing was too difficult, I can see no reason for staying anywhere else in Hà Nội!
