If you want to visit the old quarter, go to Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Cathedral, and Old Street, the location of this hotel is still good, and the above places are within walking distance. There are also foot baths and massages nearby, which are moderately priced and can be used to relax before returning to the hotel when you are tired.
But the room is average. We booked a superior family room. The website said it had a window, but unfortunately we could only see the outer wall next door when we opened the window, which was still very old. We didn't even open the curtains for two nights, and having a window was almost the same as having no window. In addition, vehicles could not enter the hotel lobby. When the car came to pick us up, we had to walk to the street. When we left, we took an early morning flight. It took a long time just to confirm the pick-up location with the driver. If the front desk English is not good, it is very easy to have problems. In the future, we still have to stay in a hotel with convenient transportation and vehicles can enter and exit.
