As a guest, I took photos in the hotel garden and was driven away by the waiter. We were surprised but thought that it was in this area and we left. Another waiter chased after me and said that cameras were not allowed to take photos. Commercial photos need to register and pay. We said that we were guests and not commercial photos and showed her the room card. She still insisted. You know my room number. The hotel waiter has no right to ask me for my room number. After I showed the room card, she still asked me for my room number. Is she trying to retaliate against me? The waiter's name is VAN ANH. I asked her name and she refused to tell me. After asking many times, she reluctantly wrote it down. But other waiters in the hotel are OK.

It was a good choice to choose Sofitel Legend Hotel. The whole hotel has been renovated and does not feel old. The room is a bit small. Hanoi is very humid now, so the room cannot open the window and needs to be fully air-conditioned 24 hours a day. The breakfast selection is rich and the quality is very high. The service is very good and any request is followed up quickly. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by famous shopping streets and very convenient to Hoan Kiem Lake. I will stay here next time.
