All the staff were kind and thoughtful.
They also accommodated our requests for hanger rentals and transportation after check-out.
We were given an upgrade to our room, and although we stayed in several hotels during this trip to Hanoi, this was the cleanest. The bathroom also had a nice smell and was easy to use.
There weren't many varieties for breakfast, but everything was delicious. You can order a buffet and a main course, but you can also order pho and two omelets (maybe more?).
It was a satisfying stay.

The hotel is well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, there were marks on the sheets of the bed and no safe for the belongings in the bedroom. The room is quite noisy starting from 6a.m. in the morning and I believe that it is because the room is right on top of the kitchen and the breakfast area. So be aware if you want to get some sleep before hitting the road for the journey.

It was great, the manager on shift went out of her way to help us pack our breakfast because our flight was too early and couldnt make it for breakfast. The room was really clean and bed was cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was great! Would recommend!
