It used to be Somerset, but it is not anymore. Please choose carefully.
The service is hard to describe. The front desk is OK, but the room service is really bad. I stayed for two days and experienced two times of swiping the card to open my door without knocking! ! ! I was in the room! ! !
The hotel is in a good place, right next to the West Lake, and there is a back door to the West Lake. There are all kinds of things around, and there is a supermarket diagonally opposite to the right.
The hygiene is OK, but there is a smell of sewer in the corridor.
The hotel is really old, the facilities are average, the microwave in the room does not work, and only a few rooms have washing machines.
