The front desk was friendly and I had a comfortable stay. There are many Westerners in the old town, but not many Japanese people. Breakfast is delicious!

There were a lot of guests on the day of our stay, and the room we had reserved was rented out to another guest, so we were moved to a different building.
Check-in was after 9pm, so we should have contacted the hotel.
However, the room in the other building they arranged for us instead was clean and not bad.
It would have been nice if they had provided a refrigerator, as Hanoi is hot.
