Very comfy bedding in a large room. Well situated near everything, a bit noisy but on the 4th floor it was okay. No elevator.

The hotel is located near the church. There are many food vendors and you can reach major attractions within walking distance. The most important thing is that the price is very cheap. If you are in a good area, I definitely recommend staying there.
Rooms are tidied every day.
But if there happens to be an event held in the church, you may hear the church bell ringing and people giving speeches early in the morning. You should consider this yourself.

I booked a double room, but when I got there I was told it was sold out. I could only stay in a standard room, I didn't care if I chose to stay. There were liquid marks on the sheets in the room. You can decide for yourself. The location is OK. It's quite quiet.

The room itself was quite clean and the bed was comfortable, so there were no problems.
However, the shower and toilet were dirty and just within the acceptable range.

I really liked the place. The location is perfect if you want to travel all around the hanoi efficiently. And also the staffs are very polite and speaks English good. Furthermore, you can rent a bike from them for a fare price!
