Art Hotel Ha Noi Reviews

In the heart of the Old Quarter in a colonial building in a semi hidden alley. It has an elevator and all the creature comforts in a traditional style. Best part is the spacious the balcony in my room. Some of these buildings in the old quarter may lack an elevator. But this place checks all the boxes.

This hotel is located in a great location, though it could get noisy at times with all sorts of activities still going till the early morning.

My stay in hanoi was great because of the art hotel. the location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. The staff also gave perfect tips for restaurants and booking transportation or activities. make use of their knowledge! I would definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean and tidy. I have been to the old town many times but this is the first time I have stayed in a comfortable room. Happy friendly staff.

Very good location if you are looking to stay in the midst of chaos of old town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Daily cleans. Good quality shower. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning works well and also has a fan. Highly recommend but only if you are willing to walk out your hotel to loud beeping and lots of pubs with very loud music.

It was s cheap option. Single room. Clean. But the shower was not working well as It was full of lime scale.

Overall is good. Friendly receptionist. And the cleaning lady was so warm welcome you. The only thing is the water heater is not working on the second day. All is good.

Loved this hotel - it served as an extremely comfortable home base for me during my solo stay in Ha Noi. Location was wonderful because its a walking distance from all the main attractions but also on a quieter side-streat away from the hustle and bustle at night. I felt safe staying there. Staff were super friendly and offered tips such as recommendations for eating places! The room was huge, bright, clean, and comfortable as well - I got a balcony that provided some respite. I would say picky travellers would point out some faults like leaky water, a light that flickered occassionally, plus thin walls / noise floating up from the bars below, but it didn’t faze me because it was all part of the Ha Noi experience and I slept like a baby regardless. 10/10 would return again 🩷

We booked two nights at Art hotel,location is excellent close to old quarter.All amenities are within walking distance.service is great and staff is friendly..highly recommended 👍🏻
