Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

”百年钢琴”was very friendly and helpful to help us with the check in and luggage’s. We stayed here for two nights and love the breakfast here with more than 100 varieties “江景展厅” always make sure we have our hot desserts, fruits and coffee. We feel like home here. A wet and dry Laundry room is helpful when we travel, and distilled water is always available in gym, laundry room and hotel Room. Cute little robot is always doing Ultra violet light cleaning airborne virus, and nice live singing at the hotel lounge. The location and hotel neighbourhood was nice. It is a walking distance to St. Sophia Church. Room was clean and housekeeping was doing so well. The staff was not english spoken, but they are helpfull. We choose a room without window and it is a bit dark. If i am travelling again, i will choose the room with window. There are XueXiang Tour & Travel Office near the lobby. In case you need to find a tour to xue xiang.
