The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway station and Central Avenue, and can be reached on foot. The facilities in the hotel room are a bit old, and there is no hand sanitizer. We had a great stay at Home Inn Neo in Harbin! The location was perfect: close to Central Street, the metro, and with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff did not speak any English, but they were friendly and we figured out everything through a translation app. The hotel is clean and all amenities (wifi, shower) worked well. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Harbin!

Warmth is the biggest feeling. The small items at the front desk are so complete and thoughtful. We have tried all the food recommended by the boy at the counter, and they are really authentic. The hotel is in a good location, just a few hundred meters straight out of the door is the Songhua River.
