The room was quite clean, and the pillows were nice to sleep on, but there was no conditioner in the room, which was really uncomfortable for people with long hair. There were no bath slippers in the room (I called the front desk and they said they didn't provide them). I stayed at Happy Manju Hotel in Harbin with my family. We received a gift upon check-in. The experience was very good. The room was spacious and the windows were large. There were no consumer goods in the room. The service staff was enthusiastic. The hotel also provided free afternoon tea and supper, which was very considerate. The bedding was comfortable and the travel was convenient. It was very close to Haxi Station. They also provided a drop-off service. Manager Dong was enthusiastic and attentive in service.
