I stayed here in August for a couple of nights. Absolutely beautiful townhouse, spotless clean and also a fantastic breakfast and lovely hosts. I stayed in the small double room on the first floor, again spotless clean and very comfortable, my only suggestion would be that a full length mirror would not go amiss. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic breakfast and great service from the hosts. We're already booked in for another stay. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of choice and the ability to mix and match on the cooked breakfast. Large portions but a small cooked breakfast was available.

We stayed at The Franklin on a recent trip to Harrogate. It was a lovely B & B only 5 mins away from the theatre, Bettys Tea Rooms & an assortment of eateries & yet in a very quiet tree-lined street. Our room was simply amazing. It was the largest one they have but well worth the extra pennies. High ceiling, lovely bay window looking onto the road but very private as not directly overlooked. The bed was large & very comfortable & we had a large walk-in shower. Our hosts were Dan & Felicity Burgess. They were so welcoming & they supplied us with delicious breakfasts in the mornings. I would not hesitate recommending this place to any travellers. 😊😊

Beautiful guest house with fantastic hosts. Bedroom ( suite) was very large and had everything we needed. Bonus of small fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea/coffee and bottle water. Breakfast was lovely , Dan knows how to cook and present a good Yorkshires breakfast. Hosts are so focus on making your stay a memorable experience. Return to room one day to find a bottle of Prosecco and lovely note to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Harrogate.

Great Service, Comfortable Hotel From the first phone call to book the stay, to the farewell, what a fantastic way to run a business, All Credit to Dan & Felicity The room was ideal for our needs, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing, Nothing is too much trouble to make the stay very very enjoyable. Thank you, when we go to Harrogate again we will book it round staying at the Franklin..

10/10 would recommend staying here. The family are so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and I will definitely be staying again. It is so central and around the corner from bars and restaurants.

This is a lovely little guesthouse with friendly, welcoming hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location for all the amenities. The breakfasts were the best we've had anywhere. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Harrogate.
