The staffs are helpful and provide good advice. The accommodation is old. The furniture and bathroom equipment should be repaired, but it is ok for a short stay. The cleanliness is ok and it is very convenient for connecting to the morning train. If you don't like waking up early, you may hear the train noise. You can walk to the center of Hat Yai.

First time staying here. The room is spacious but still has room for improvement.
WiFi in the room sometimes is ok sometimes not so I'm using my own data. Bathroom hot water on the first day ok but after that water turns to cold.
Below the hotel is the train station so if you cannot bear with the train noise advise not to stay there
The shopping and food area is easy to get from there in about 10mins away.
