I booked a standard double room, but upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a queen-sized bed, a corner sofa, and a bean bag chair. It was also fully smart-enabled. The complimentary breakfast offered all the basic food options, and there was even a foot bath service, though you need to book it in advance. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

Having stayed at various five-star luxury hotels in Hefei, the Westin still managed to impress me in a unique way. Firstly, the location is excellent; it's very close to Hefei Railway Station and directly opposite the Wanda shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. Secondly, the facilities and amenities are top-notch. Thirdly, all the service staff are exceptionally enthusiastic and polite, from the greeters to the front desk and other service personnel. You're met with an overwhelming sense of friendliness, which is hard to find even in five-star hotels. This morning, around 6 AM, I came down to pick up my takeaway order but couldn't find it. Both the duty manager and the concierge patiently helped me investigate the reason, addressing the issue from a customer's perspective. It turned out the delivery person had simply entered the wrong phone number.

Wearing room slippers, when walking from the room to the bathroom area, it is easy to slip on the terrazzo floor. I personally tested the slip twice to see if I can take some measures. It will be troublesome if I slip.

Transportation: The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station. A ride-share to Hefei South Station cost less than 6 yuan. It's very convenient to call a ride-share from the hotel; they arrive within minutes, and it only costs about ten-odd yuan to get to most major attractions in Hefei. This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips, family vacations, or trips with friends to Hefei. It's also a great option for leisure or extended stays.

This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

The room was quite nice and very clean; even the towels on the floor were very white. The shower gel came in small bottles, which made me feel safe using it. The only drawback was the hairdryer, which was too weak and got too hot after a while, causing it to shut off automatically.

The environment is very good, the service is in place, the parking is convenient, it is worth staying!

I always stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Baohe for business trips; it's my go-to whenever I'm in Hefei! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and the room is spotless and super comfy—I always sleep like a baby 💤. Even though it's above my company's standard, choosing this hotel is always the right decision ✅. Every visit feels like coming home. You can't go wrong with this place!

The supporting 24-hour self-service laundry room and gym are very practical, and travel is particularly worry-free. The breakfast category is rich, there are late night warm porridge at the store, and the details are intimate. Whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is very suitable, the price is very high, and the next trip will give priority to Atour.
