On this trip to Hefei for business, after comparing several hotels, I finally chose the Shangri-La, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location on North First Ring Road, making it very convenient to take a taxi to shopping districts and pedestrian streets. There are also many diverse Anhui cuisine restaurants nearby, so finding food is effortless. The lobby incorporates elements of Huizhou design, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere without any noise or commotion. The moment you step in, you can feel the quality of a five-star hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and gentle throughout. A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Specialist, who communicated with me online about my itinerary in advance and thoughtfully prepared a handwritten welcome card and local souvenirs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and any requests I messaged were quickly responded to. They were gentle, professional, and always put the guest first. The guest room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering expansive views, where the city's nightscape could be fully enjoyed in the evening. The cleaning was meticulous; corners and bathroom mirrors were spotless. The mattress was moderately firm, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any traffic from the street during the day, ensuring a particularly peaceful night's rest. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked noodles and local beef soup tasted authentic, and there was a full selection of desserts, fruits, and hot dishes, all delicious. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the heated swimming pool has clean water, perfect for relaxing in your free time. From the concierge and front desk to room service, all staff members maintained an appropriate sense of discretion, never overly intrusive, yet always ready to assist when needed. Whether for a business trip or a short getaway, this hotel is highly suitable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hefei, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The interior design of FUNGEE Hotel (Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street Yintai Center, Hefei) is truly unique, trendy, and elegant! The environment is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are simple yet functional. The hotel is directly opposite the back wall of Li Hongzhang's Former Residence, which is located right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. It takes less than a minute to walk there. It's very pleasant to stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening! If you're driving, you'll need to go past the hotel's main entrance, then go around the street to the parking lot behind the hotel. The road isn't very wide, so drive carefully. Breakfast was decent. The service awareness of the staff needs improvement though; when we went for breakfast, several staff members were squatting and chatting by the kitchen entrance, ignoring us and not even collecting our meal tickets. It didn't seem very professional...

The hotel was quite good overall, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. The location offered convenient transportation. The price was reasonable, offering great value for money. My overall experience was very satisfactory, making it a good choice for business trips or travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely come again.

The amenities are complete, from self-service printing to free parking. The service is excellent; the front desk's 'treasure chest' even has band-aids. Breakfast is complimentary for two, and children under 1.4 meters eat for free. The rooms feature Serta mattresses and Peter Thomas Roth toiletries. Freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby, and it's a 10-minute walk to the subway with large shopping malls nearby. Great value for money.

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

Every time I visit Hefei, I stay here, and I'll definitely be back. The overall stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel terrace is a highlight, with comfortable rocking chairs where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. The afternoon tea snacks and drinks were delicious, and enjoying them on the terrace with a view really enhanced the ambiance. The rooms were impeccably clean, the environment was quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive.

I chose this newly opened Echarm Hotel for a business trip near Xiaoyaojin Pedestrian Street. It's right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, within walking distance, and very close to Mingjiao Temple and Intime. Getting a taxi to the high-speed train station is also convenient! The room has a minimalist style. Although it's a new hotel, there's no unpleasant smell. The desk and work area are super friendly for business travelers, and the WiFi speed is very fast! The room was quite clean, the bedding was soft, hot water came out in seconds, and the hairdryer was Laifen, which is great! Regarding service, the check-out process was quick. There are free lockers for luggage storage, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around when visiting clients the next day. I could also take a free coffee from the lobby. The overall experience was good, I recommend this place!

Environment: Conveniently located in a quiet spot amidst the bustling city. Easy access to transportation, entertainment, and dining. Suitable for both family trips and business travel. The location is excellent, very close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to walk to restaurants. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all facilities are new. There are smart robot food delivery services. The rooms aren't large, but they are very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the front desk service is warm and welcoming. Five-star rating!
