1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

The room is very clean. You can see the scenery of Hefei on the 43rd floor. The double bed 135 is very comfortable. The service at the front desk is very considerate. We have established an exclusive service group. If you need to put it forward in the group, you will get feedback immediately. The hotel has prepared small snacks and children's toiletries for the children, and also sent summer drinks before going to bed. Very good services and convenient location but the facilities are little bit older. The real problems are gym which can’t be used in the morning and there’s no sitting chair and or safa in the lobby. It’s inconvenient for customers.

A very cost-effective hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The sanitation of the accommodation is better than that of hotels of the same level. Especially the service attitude is standard. It is worth recommending. Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms have no smell. Shopping around the hotel is very convenient. There is a shop on the first floor. Next to the boutique is a supermarket and across the road is a large shopping mall. The hotel facilities are also very complete. There is a large and beautiful swimming pool and gym, which gives me a good choice for leisure and exercise. The breakfast restaurant has a wide variety of food. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff in all departments of the hotel are very warm and polite.

Beautiful room with a nice deep bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. I would have liked to have seen a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet such as french toast or better waffles and pancakes. I'd certainly return.

I happened to be on a business trip to a nearby international school, so I booked the nearest hotel. The hotel is very considerate. The staff called me the day before my trip to ask for advice on room arrangements. I actually booked a deluxe king room. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite. The beautiful autumn scenery of the University of Science and Technology of China can be seen outside the window. I took a few steps downstairs. Just entered the campus. Generally speaking, the facilities of the family suite are very complete, including a washing machine, refrigerator and stove. I didn't actually experience it when I was on a business trip this time, but I still approved of the decoration after seeing it. The room was very clean. There was no peculiar smell on the pillows and towels. The breakfast was pretty good, but it wasn't very tasty because I was busy with my trip. The quality of some dishes was slightly lower than that of a five-star hotel in a metropolitan city, but it was still of a very good standard in Hefei. Contented.

at least CNN and HBO channels .... the hotel is great. the staff is professionnal and friendly. the swimming pool is clean and quiet. the AC is a bit noisy in the room (just beside the bed) and it has difficulties to reduce the temperature in summer (cold air goes to the 1st floor. i guess it will be the opposite in summer and the 1st floor will be hard to warm. good sound insulation. The duplex is nice and feel like an appartment. i will definitively come back.

I compared many hotels before I stayed, and finally chose Fengda Hotel. The first time I stayed, I was amazing. The environment was elegant, the hardware facilities were complete, and it was a very good stay. The most important thing was that the front desk lady was very patient and beautiful! Will stay again! ! !

The location is quite convenient, not far from Vientiane City to Yintai to Swan Lake. The hotel provides parking coupons for underground parking. The room type is relatively comfortable. There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Hey, this price this time this service, I can say that it is generally the same, after all, the upgraded room type and meal coupons, the previous check-in was taken by the front desk to take the initiative to handle it 🙂
