## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The hotel is located near the waterfront, a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal and the city's main pedestrian and shopping street. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe.

The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent value for money. Highly recommended! The Park Hyatt Waterfront room experience exceeded my expectations! The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the bathroom was odor-free, and there was plenty of hot water. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, the price was affordable, and I had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it!

這次入住的整體體驗很滿意，最驚喜的是酒店的地理位置，非常便利，節省了不少路上的時間。房間內部整潔度和基礎設施也都在線，服務人員響應也比較及時，整體性價比很高。 美中不足的是，夜間房間會持續傳來類似空調外機的噪音，雖然不算特別刺耳，但對睡眠比較敏感的人來説，還是會輕微影響休息，希望酒店後續能排查並處理一下這個問題。

Все супер, бронировали на одну ночь - просто поспать, соотношение цена-качество отличное, не супер чисто, но в целом норм. В душе, конечно, немного странное расположение (унитаз расположен слишком близко, а после душа вода уходит нес разу и весь пол по сути становится мокрым), но это не критично Не удобно, что нет лифта, было тяжело подниматься с вещами

A wonderful hotel! We loved everything, from the location to the comfort of the room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were incredible. The hotel's style itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Breakfasts are more geared towards Chinese tastes, but we still found plenty to eat, and surprisingly, the coffee was quite good.

We arranged a two-day trip to Heihe, mainly to wander around the city, so we chose Ai Shang, which is relatively close to the city and the Free Trade Zone. The hardware conditions of this hotel really exceeded our expectations. It feels like a four-star standard. The room is large and newly decorated, the sanitary conditions are good, and the breakfast is also good. For those of us who drive ourselves, there are plenty of parking spaces. It’s no more than 10 minutes away from our main destination, Daheihe Island, and our home in the city. It was a perfect stay!

The room was nice, with the elevator leading directly up. There was a hospital across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good; the food was posted on the door before 7 am: one egg, two steamed buns, and millet porridge.

The hotel is located almost on the embankment. Right next to the square (I don't know the name) with the monument with the dragon. In my opinion, the location is very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to a large shopping center with groceries (you just need to know where to go). Pedestrian Street is a leisurely 20-minute walk right along the embankment. There is a good restroom along the way (in a separate building). Everything is decent inside. The room is nice and warm. It has everything: slippers, shaving soap, towels, a kettle, even bottles of water and glasses. There is a Chinese outlet (you need an adapter), but there is an input for the phone cable itself (we charged the phone directly). We spoke through a translator on the phone, since the locals don't speak Russian. But everyone understood everything))) Check-out was until 12, but they let us stay longer. The hotel has 24-hour admission. It was quiet and peaceful) You couldn't hear your neighbors at all. There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't load, I used my connection. The hotel is okay, better than many Russian ones. I highly recommend it. I don't see the point in overpaying for accommodations in the center. I'll be staying there all the time; it's inexpensive and nice. By the way, the taxi driver didn't immediately understand where this hotel was, oddly enough. I suggest showing him the photo with the name from my review. Or showing him the square with the dragon.

The room is exactly the same as the picture. The environment is quack and clean. The front desk sister is very enthusiastic. The environment is far over the price, and the house is independent air-conditioned. I can say that it is too authoritative in Heihe. I will come to Heihe in the future. Amway
