## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The sanitation in the room is very good, the environment is also very good, maybe the only bad point is that there is no elevator, but the stairs are not very high, because the exam is required, so the room is very quiet, the service attitude is also very good, and you will ask you in advance if you need to take a taxi. I will also tell you what fun and delicious places are around.

This hotel was the best Ji Hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China, rated 5.0. It had new facilities, a great location, and excellent service! It's also not far from the border, making it very convenient for traveling to Buenos Aires. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is located near the waterfront, a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal and the city's main pedestrian and shopping street. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe.

It was an okay stay. As a foreigner who doesn't smoke the smell of cigarettes is everywhere  it seems. It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!

這次入住的整體體驗很滿意，最驚喜的是酒店的地理位置，非常便利，節省了不少路上的時間。房間內部整潔度和基礎設施也都在線，服務人員響應也比較及時，整體性價比很高。 美中不足的是，夜間房間會持續傳來類似空調外機的噪音，雖然不算特別刺耳，但對睡眠比較敏感的人來説，還是會輕微影響休息，希望酒店後續能排查並處理一下這個問題。

The hotel looks good on the surface, but it is actually quite different. The bed is 1.1 meters which is quite narrow. Although the bedding is new, the pillow and quilt smell very strongly of cigarette smoke and I couldn't sleep. The room was not soundproof. I could hear the guy next door talking clearly (his voice was really loud). I didn't sleep well at all.

十分滿意的一次入住。剛開業的酒店，在洗浴中心上面，是獨立樓層不會很吵。有停車場，設施很新很現代設計，體驗感很好。服務是要着重説的，前台小美女和經理都一直很熱情，推薦了很多當地美食。衞生也很滿意，房嫂阿姨很有禮貌。整體體驗不錯，滿分推薦

The location is super convenient, only 1.8 kilometers away from Heihe Station, 15 minutes walk, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was soft, well ventilated and smell-free. The boss is warm and caring, communicates the needs in advance, and also prepares small details such as disposable toilet pads and cotton swabs. Complete facilities, washing machine, free WiFi, some room types with kitchen, suitable for families or multiple people. Affordable, 4.9 points are well received, definitely the first choice for Heihe travel!

Environmental sanitation is good, self-driving tour, not far from anywhere. In the evening, I went to Lena Restaurant to eat Russian food, and then the night market was near the restaurant. On the second morning, you can go to the geographical dividing line of Aihui Tengchong, cross the bridge to Daheihe Island, and see the largest flag in Asia. Buy Russian goods at the largest international trade center. There is no breakfast shop nearby.
