Прекрасная гостиница, вежливый персонал , работают кондиционеры в июне )) так как в другой гостинице сказали , на севере Китая работают только с июля , расположение лично для нас было идеальным , все рядом , рестораны чистые и не воняют лотяо ))))) нежели чем в центре , где пешеходка , номер большой , каждый день приходят приносят воду и полотенце )) описывать могу долго , очень всем советую )

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The room was clean, and the owners were very welcoming. I was from out of town, and they answered all my questions in detail, which saved me a lot of trouble. They also told me where to buy things and offered to buy them for me. The service was excellent and very warm. They had the unique, genuine hospitality of Northeast China. I will stay at their place again next time I come to Heihe.

The hotel has a good location, not far from Century Square and Daheihe Island, just a few minutes' drive away. The rooms are decent, and the buffet breakfast is quite good. I requested a non-smoking room in advance, but the front desk said they couldn't do anything about guests smoking in their rooms. Sure enough, the bedside table and pillows smelled of smoke. Not wanting to bother explaining, I took matters into my own hands—opening the window to ventilate the room, wiping the bedside table and pillowcase twice with towels and hand soap, and asking a staff member to change the pillowcases before I could finally settle in. So, guests who are bothered by the smell of smoke should choose this hotel carefully; everything else is fine.

The hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

The room was quite spacious, enough for two or three people to move around comfortably. The facilities were basic but met the essential needs. The cleanliness was good, and the bedding was safe to use. The service was acceptable; the breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and generous portions. However, I noticed that there weren't enough bowls, plates, and spoons; the restaurant staff hadn't washed them properly, and guests were using paper cups instead.

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, revealing the thoughtful and discerning owner. Parking was conveniently located right outside, and there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hostess even gifted me a mooncake. This is a time-honored Heihe brand, and the warmth of the hostess made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Heihe.

There were signs that someone had used the toilet, and it was so noisy all day because the room was assigned right in front of the check-in counter. It would be much better if they had just made the room at the quiet location. Still, I was satisfied with the facilities over all. Thank you for borrowed me charger :)

Good number for its price .not in the center itself, but to the center on foot 10 minutes, on the car 2. The shower is not allocated to a separate cabin , water is poured on the floor and toilet. Hygiene level is good, air conditioner worked, black out curtains, overall accommodation remained satisfied, except that all such cigarettes smelled, probably pulled out of neighboring rooms , we took a room without smoking .

Whenever I go to Heihe, I always stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the service is very good. I didn't have hot water in the shower last night, so I called the front desk and a guy came up to adjust it, and then there was hot water. Love the environment here. It’s just that the light of 303 is a bit dark. I hope that after reading my review, I can change the living room light to a brighter one. The dim light is so depressing... Only 303 is so dark. The light in the double bed room is very bright😂
