Hotels in Heihe Railway Station Area, Heihe

This is my third order on Ctrip; I only go to Vienna in Heihe. Noodles and wontons for breakfast are a daily must. The noodles are incredibly chewy, and the restaurant owner is kind and caring; bringing a steaming bowl of noodles feels like offering warmth. The restaurant is only 335 meters from the Heihe International Bus Station, a ten-minute walk. For just 40 yuan, we took a bus north to Huma, traveling 261 kilometers along the border on G331, known as ”China's most beautiful border highway.” Pretty cool, right? I'm sharing and recommending it to fellow independent travelers.

This is a very cozy hotel. I stayed during the off-season, and there were plenty of available rooms. It was very clean, including the staircases and hallways. The front desk service was also excellent. I borrowed the front desk computer for work and did some paperwork. I was very grateful!!! Highly recommended. One thing to note: the owner may be fond of animals. They have cats and dogs, but they don't bite. Please consider your needs accordingly.

The hotel has a good location, not far from Century Square and Daheihe Island, just a few minutes' drive away. The rooms are decent, and the buffet breakfast is quite good. I requested a non-smoking room in advance, but the front desk said they couldn't do anything about guests smoking in their rooms. Sure enough, the bedside table and pillows smelled of smoke. Not wanting to bother explaining, I took matters into my own hands—opening the window to ventilate the room, wiping the bedside table and pillowcase twice with towels and hand soap, and asking a staff member to change the pillowcases before I could finally settle in. So, guests who are bothered by the smell of smoke should choose this hotel carefully; everything else is fine.

The room was clean, and the owners were very welcoming. I was from out of town, and they answered all my questions in detail, which saved me a lot of trouble. They also told me where to buy things and offered to buy them for me. The service was excellent and very warm. They had the unique, genuine hospitality of Northeast China. I will stay at their place again next time I come to Heihe.

A decent hotel for a short stay. Within walking distance of both the bus and train stations, and about 10 minutes by car to the city center. Recently renovated. Rooms have windows (some don’t), and each one has its own extractor fan and AC. The shower is just a drain in the floor with no curtain or enclosure, so water gets everywhere nearby. The drains do smell a bit — that’s normal for this place, just keep the door closed. Bedding is clean. Rooms have the basics for a night’s stay. TV only gets Chinese channels, and without a VIP subscription you can’t even watch Life with Kanas. The owner is always on-site and happy to help with any issues — they’ll sort you out right away.

The hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

Здравствуйте, жили одни сутки, удобное расположение от автовокзала 3 минуты, до железнодорожного вокзала 3 минуты пешком, поэтому и выбрали, потому что рядом с вокзалами и рано утром уезжать. Администратор, приветливая, вызвала такси до Хуафу, обратно далековато, но прогулялись. Относительно чисто, полотенца, средства гигиены были, холодильник, кондиционер. Единственный минус - китайцы курили всю ночь. В целом, за такую сумму и кому на одну ночь и уезжать утром, как нам, то можно заселится.

The laundry detergent downstairs was a bit gross, but I'm not that picky. The washing machines were fine, but the dryers didn't dry properly; things came out damp. The room itself was pretty good, which reflects the quality of HUAZHU hotels.

The room is located a little further from the huafu, a 10-minute walk away. I booked a Deluxe Double Room; the photo shows a room with two rooms. We were given a regular room with an extra bed. When I spoke with the receptionist, she pointed out this option (that there was an extra bed). I couldn't prove otherwise (there was a language barrier). Also, there were no breakfast coupons, and I didn't explain upon check-in that breakfast was included.

The rooms were spacious with separate wet and dry areas! The service was so-so. Our group of eight booked four double rooms. There were only two double rooms on the second floor, so they arranged for us all to stay on the first floor. To go up to the second floor, we needed two rooms, each with two single beds, which cost extra. It was the off-season, and in other hotels we could definitely get an upgrade, but the owner was very inflexible. The hygiene wasn't great either; there were small insects in the room.
