Были вдвоём с дочерью- нам всё очень понравилось. Кровати, подушки- очень удобные, постельное и банные принадлежности- белоснежные, хорошего качества. Душевая кабина - красивая, вода холодная, горячая. Каждый день приносили воду, тапочки, т.бумагу через день. Работает кондиционер, есть чайник, фен. Правда телевизор- только на китайском. Шторы открываются с пульта. Номер наш был свободный, поэтому мы заселились в 11.00, сразу после прибытия. Далековато от всех магазинчиков, ни ничего- ездили на такси, там его поймать не проблема. Рядом много кафэшек- можно перекусить. Обратно за до. плату нас отвезли сама женщина с рецепшена. Будем ещё в Китае- остановимся в этом же номере.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The room was clean, and the owners were very welcoming. I was from out of town, and they answered all my questions in detail, which saved me a lot of trouble. They also told me where to buy things and offered to buy them for me. The service was excellent and very warm. They had the unique, genuine hospitality of Northeast China. I will stay at their place again next time I come to Heihe.

I specifically chose this hotel during my business trip to Heihe, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly close to the test drive area, only a 10-minute drive, which is fantastic for car enthusiasts like us with our equipment. The room was wonderfully warm; in Heihe's sub-zero temperatures of -20 degrees Celsius, I could immediately take off my heavy down jacket upon returning to the room – a huge plus! The receptionist, upon learning we were there for low-temperature battery testing, proactively contacted nearby auto repair shops in case our vehicle needed emergency repairs. The Northeastern-style sauerkraut buns and millet porridge at breakfast were both comforting and filling. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Heihe!

The hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

The room was quite spacious, enough for two or three people to move around comfortably. The facilities were basic but met the essential needs. The cleanliness was good, and the bedding was safe to use. The service was acceptable; the breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and generous portions. However, I noticed that there weren't enough bowls, plates, and spoons; the restaurant staff hadn't washed them properly, and guests were using paper cups instead.

This is a very cozy hotel. I stayed during the off-season, and there were plenty of available rooms. It was very clean, including the staircases and hallways. The front desk service was also excellent. I borrowed the front desk computer for work and did some paperwork. I was very grateful!!! Highly recommended. One thing to note: the owner may be fond of animals. They have cats and dogs, but they don't bite. Please consider your needs accordingly.

There were signs that someone had used the toilet, and it was so noisy all day because the room was assigned right in front of the check-in counter. It would be much better if they had just made the room at the quiet location. Still, I was satisfied with the facilities over all. Thank you for borrowed me charger :)

Good number for its price .not in the center itself, but to the center on foot 10 minutes, on the car 2. The shower is not allocated to a separate cabin , water is poured on the floor and toilet. Hygiene level is good, air conditioner worked, black out curtains, overall accommodation remained satisfied, except that all such cigarettes smelled, probably pulled out of neighboring rooms , we took a room without smoking .

Whenever I go to Heihe, I always stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the service is very good. I didn't have hot water in the shower last night, so I called the front desk and a guy came up to adjust it, and then there was hot water. Love the environment here. It’s just that the light of 303 is a bit dark. I hope that after reading my review, I can change the living room light to a brighter one. The dim light is so depressing... Only 303 is so dark. The light in the double bed room is very bright😂
