"Hygiene: The bathroom has not been cleaned Service: According to the introduction, there are parking spaces, but in fact there are only sidewalks next to the hotel, which can only accommodate about 4 cars. When our car arrived, there were still two parking spaces, but the security guard insisted that we park on the side of the road and in an unmarked area. When we asked him why, he said that this was the reason. Later, after putting our luggage away, we parked farther away within the marked area. As a result, when we returned to the hotel, cars with Beijing and Harbin license plates were allowed to park in the places that we were not allowed to park. The check-in attendant was also an older man with an indifferent attitude. The young people on the second day were better. Heihe is just a tourist hotspot, and the service needs to be improved."

"Very bad. The room was extremely small, completely different from the size described on the platform. It was a double room, but there was only one set of disposable toiletries. The bathroom light was broken, the ceiling was leaking, and water was dripping from the chandelier onto the bed. Water was also dripping from the table onto the wall. When I turned over in bed, I saw a cockroach crawling into the radiator. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door, which startled me. Can guests just open their room doors like that? 😮 I can tolerate individual problems, but all of them combined are just unbearable."

The host was very helpful, proactively offering practical tips on night market food, river crossing tickets, and sightseeing routes. Parking was also arranged conveniently for those driving. With its convenient all-inclusive amenities for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing, comfortable environment, and attentive service, this place perfectly meets the needs of border travel. For those visiting Heihe, this is a must-visit for accommodation – a truly five-star experience!"

"Very satisfied, the location is excellent, just opposite Mother Square, with the night market on the left and the morning market on the right. It's a 5-minute walk from Russian Street. The breakfast is very rich. The room is not big but sufficient, clean, and has air conditioning. Any problems can be solved perfectly. I am very satisfied and will stay at her house again next time I come to Heihe"
