"The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest."

"Although there weren't any family rooms, the two beds were plenty of room.
The service was excellent. The hostess was very accommodating and offered to help with our luggage. She greeted us whenever we came and went.
The location is great. There's a night market downstairs, but we didn't go to the morning market because it was raining. We can walk to Lena Restaurant and the riverfront.
The facilities are very user-friendly.
The only downside is that they don't have their own parking lot; we have to find a spot on the street next door."

Disadvantages:
1. Parking space is a bit tight, but if you communicate well with the front desk, they will coordinate

2. There are only two washing machines, and there is no app to check the status of the washing machines. It is a bit tiring to run back and forth to check every time.

Staff can speak russian but they don’t speak English.
The location is great. Close to shops and they have a restaurant at the ground floor. I don’t like how the staff are smoking in the lobby/reception but maybe that’s a cultural thing I don’t understand.
The rooms are good value for money."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, just 10 meters from the International Night Market, just down the stairs. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm receptionist who provided helpful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. "Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired.
The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance.
I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room.
For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative.
The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan."

"Good experience! The security guards and service staff are very enthusiastic! I will stay here again. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Amur Western Restaurant, next to the pedestrian street, close to Lena Restaurant and Glock, and close to the morning market and Russian goods street. "I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

Although the room I chose was not big, the service facilities were simple and practical. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and every space was used just right. The front desk service was really warm and made people feel at home, just like its name Home Inn.

The Heilongjiang River stretches like a dark green ribbon between heaven and earth. On the other bank, the outline of the Russian city of Bu gradually becomes clear in the twilight, its lights gradually lighting up, echoing the lights of the countless homes on this side of the river, Heihe. The wooden furniture in the room gleams with a warm luster, the bedding is as soft as clouds, and the bathroom's fragrance, a refreshing pine note, blends seamlessly with the natural air outside. This wondrous experience of ”gazing at two countries from a single window” instantly dispels travel fatigue. Some scenery requires no trekking; a room that captures the river and the stars, a poetic retreat across the border. This is more than just a stay; it's a gentle encounter with a distant land.

① I stayed for 5 days, but when I checked in, I had a lot of garbage on the carpet when I checked in because I had a vacuum cleaner once every two weeks. And I finally cleaned it two days after I asked.
I want you to improve because the number of cleaning staff is too small for the number of rooms

There is plenty of parking space at the door, which is very suitable for self-driving tourists. There is an elevator for luggage handling, and the whole environment is very clean. The interior design of the house is very reasonable, especially the sink, shower room, and toilet. There are completely three independent places. It is really super convenient for many people to use at the same time. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Besides why give low points, no hot water! I found no hot water at 19:00 the night before, and I waited until 22:00 and there was still no hot water. In addition, Heihe was raining. I wanted to take a hot bath when I entered the house. Finally, I could wash my face and brush my teeth and sleep. Thinking about getting up the next morning, the water was hot and took a shower, but the faucet was still warm water, and I couldn’t wash it at all~ I had to clean up and leave.

LLance NgoRight opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

It gives people a rather messy feeling and lowers the impression score. The heater was warm and quiet. The curtains let you see directly into Russia. It’s okay.

The breakfast is very simple. I stayed for three days and two nights, and the breakfast was mainly light. The house is very clean. If you notify the front desk before going out, the room will be cleaned.
Since it is in the scenic area (in fact, the Wudalianchi scenic area is very large), you don’t have to worry about not being able to find a place to eat. There is a restaurant on the side of the hotel. The local specialties are mineral carp and brine tofu. It is recommended to taste it.
