The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel.
## Cleanliness:
The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering.
## Ambiance:
I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet.
## Service:
Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*.
▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online.
▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*.
▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!)

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room.
For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative.
The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan."

"Stayed in this hotel for the first time returning from vacation from 7-8.04.26.From the pluses:the location is good, next to the pedestrian street, the settlement passed quickly, the bed is very convenient, bed is white. The room forgot not that floors were washed, but even put in. The dust that was dusted, which was not a day, was everywhere, it was difficult not to notice. It had to wash a little to not walk on the dirty floor. I hope that it was only one room (408) and the staff will fix this shortcoming in the future. But despite this trouble I recommend the hotel."

Its location is superb, situated in the center of a volcanic rock cold spring magnetic field, placing you in a healthy and relaxing environment from the moment you check in. It's a large facility catering to model workers seeking recuperation, team building activities, and family trips. The grounds feature trees, water features, and walking paths for leisure and recreation. As a health and wellness base of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, it boasts integrated medical, physiotherapy, and health and wellness facilities and a dedicated medical team.
Located in the heart of the tourist area, it offers convenient access to all attractions within walking distance. Room facilities and cleanliness meet standards. The service was satisfactory; the staff proactively considered guests' needs and promptly resolved issues, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast is included with the stay, and lunch and dinner are also available. Parking is convenient if you drive.

The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. LLance NgoRight opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

The breakfast is very simple. I stayed for three days and two nights, and the breakfast was mainly light. The house is very clean. If you notify the front desk before going out, the room will be cleaned.
Since it is in the scenic area (in fact, the Wudalianchi scenic area is very large), you don’t have to worry about not being able to find a place to eat. There is a restaurant on the side of the hotel. The local specialties are mineral carp and brine tofu. It is recommended to taste it.
