"The first things I noticed were the convenient location and how clean the hotel was. I really loved the Lavande scent in the shampoo, body wash and air diffuser — everything smelled so nice and relaxing.
The room was very comfortable and quite big, especially the orthopaedic pillows. I also loved the smart home system, especially being able to play music while taking a shower — such a nice little touch!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"I think the service is standard everywhere where a room costs more than 2,500 rubles per night. It's worth noting that breakfast is included in the price; you can't book a stay at this hotel without it. A 3 for convenience due to the constantly fluctuating water temperature in the shower—you'd think you could set it, but then it's either hot or cold—there's no middle ground. There are air conditioners in the lobby on the first floor, although on the other floors (2nd through 6th floors) they either don't have them or don't turn them on. Breakfast 👍🏻, plenty of seating."

"Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"

"The room was clean and hygienic, not large but adequate. The mattress was comfortable, the pillows were the right thickness, and the comforter was good. The writing chair in the room was of excellent quality, very comfortable and sturdy! The hotel is new, but there was no smell of renovation. The breakfast was decent. Overall, it meets the standards of a Hilton Garden Inn. The downside is that there's not much of a view; the floor lamps in the room are located under the bar, which are very dazzling and glaring, even with pillows."

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel.
## Cleanliness:
The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering.
## Ambiance:
I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet.
## Service:
Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*.
▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online.
▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*.
▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!)

Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room.
The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked."

AlyadanilovnaThe hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

S4577We took a self-driving tour in Heihe and stayed at the Holiday Inn European Style Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a room with a clear view of the Russian river. The view was expansive, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, and there was free parking. It was convenient for getting around, and we could also order Chinese and dinner on the spot. They had both Chinese and Western food, and the food was delicious!

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe.

Parking was conveniently located right outside, and there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hostess even gifted me a mooncake. This is a time-honored Heihe brand, and the warmth of the hostess made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Heihe.

Guest UserGood hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given.
Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Guest UserThe Wudalianchi Scenic Area is vast and free to enter, but individual attractions require tickets. The hotel is centrally located within the scenic area, making it convenient to access all the smaller attractions. The front desk staff were very welcoming, providing a map and introducing the attractions and recommended routes. The hotel restaurant was large, and the owner, a hardworking and hospitable woman from Northeast China, hosted two dinners. We sampled Northeastern specialties: Acanthopanax senticosus, chicken stew with mushrooms, braised crucian carp, and steamed golden pomfret. The food was quite good, arguably among the best in the Wudalianchi Scenic Area. The hotel's first-floor supermarket was well-stocked with many local specialties and daily necessities, which was very helpful for tourists. However, the saleswoman's business acumen needed improvement; she didn't know the answers to many questions, but she was honest and straightforward, admitting what she didn't know and not trying to deceive customers.

Guest UserMy husband and I stayed from April 28th to 30th. We were checked in quickly. The wonderful Yulia (a Chinese woman) at reception was very helpful, explained everything, and recommended places to visit. There's a clinic on the ground floor of the hotel. Most people come for treatment or health-improving procedures. The prices are more than reasonable! A massage is 50 yuan, cupping is 100 yuan, and a herbal sauna is 150 yuan. Street prices are also low (everything for half a kilo): strawberries are 20 yuan, mangoes are 12 yuan, and tangerines are 2 yuan! There are plenty of eateries around the sanatorium where you can find something to suit every taste. Sights are within walking distance. If you're going somewhere further, a taxi is 10 yuan for 3-4 km. We saw so much in two days and realized that if we were going to get treatment, we'd need to stay for at least 10 days. The city is very quiet and peaceful, and everyone who lives and vacations here really appreciates it. The geopark, the volcano museum, the lakes, the treatments, the kind people... We'll definitely be back!
