AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a good location, a large parking lot, spacious rooms, and decent service. However, many details were unsatisfactory. First, it took at least five minutes for hot water to come on. The front desk explained that the building was designed so that hot water flowed from the top floor to the bottom, hence the wait for lower floors. Second, while water pipes are supposed to be embedded in the walls, how could anyone hear the water running inside? In this hotel room, it was audible. Especially at night, when everyone was using water, there was a gurgling sound from the walls that lasted until midnight. Third, while washing hands at the sink, a drainpipe suddenly burst, spilling water everywhere. Fourth, renovations were underway on floors one through three, starting before 7 AM, severely disrupting rest. Fifth, the breakfast was simply inedible… I strongly suggest the hotel improve these aspects; otherwise, the guest experience is truly unpleasant.

GGuest UserThe Wangjiang Hotel has a lovely ambiance, a spacious car park, and parking is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was swift, and they even upgraded my room for free. The facilities are excellent; the bathroom features a wet and dry separation, and there's a dedicated wardrobe. The restaurant is spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety including milk, coffee, and soy milk. Overall, my stay at the hotel was wonderfully comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserHeihe Airport bus can be sent to the hotel according to passenger requirements. There is a dumpling restaurant nearby. The food is good. It is also very convenient to eat in the cold Heihe. The room was spacious, but the shower and toilet were together. After the shower, the whole question was soaked. It was the first time to live in a hotel room that was not separated from dry and wet in China. I will pay attention to it when I book the hotel next time.

GGuest UserWe are from the south and it's our first time in the north. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we felt the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. They were very professional, and after we checked in the room, someone led us how to get around. When we got to the room, there were intelligent facilities, the room was very warm, and there was no odor. When we needed room service, the staff was fast, had a good attitude, and provided enthusiastic service. I highly recommend it. GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel to check in, for some reason I was transferred to the nearby Yida Hotel. Yida Hotel has a good location, a large and convenient parking lot, and good service. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom, one-living room room; the room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was new, and it was quiet at night. It's also close to the riverside and night market, so I recommend it. Renhe Hotel also has good front desk service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Wudalianchi scenic area, not far from Wenbo and Beiyinquan. Parking is very convenient at the door. The front desk service is very good. Seeing that we brought children, they took the initiative to upgrade the family room. The hotel was once glorious. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small shop at the door, which is very convenient for buying things. If you stay at the hotel, you can go to the plank road next to Bailong Lake to watch the sunset at night. It is super beautiful. I highly recommend it. There were many people when we went to Erlongquan to fetch water in the morning. It is recommended that hotel guests go to fetch water in the evening. There is no one around.
