Very close to Malmi train station. I arrived early from the airport. There is no 24-hour front desk service and the door was closed. It was cold, so I sat in the lobby of the nearby PRISMA shopping mall for a long time. It was quite warm there. The apartment facilities are good. The bathroom has floor heating, but the pump is not very effective. When I fried bacon, it triggered the pre-fire detector. A staff came to check it out. The laundry, drying and sauna are all free, which is great.

I couldn't do automatic check-in because I didn't receive a code number by email, but luckily there was a front desk inside, so I was able to resolve the issue. The front desk is only open from 10:00 to 18:00.

It has everything you need, from an induction stove and refrigerator to a microwave and an electric kettle, so it feels like a one-room apartment for a single person. I was able to spend my time like I was living there, warming up takeaway deli food and making salads. The sauna is unisex and swimsuits are required. It was very clean and I was able to relax in it. There is also a laundry room, which anyone staying at the hotel can use for free. It was about a 2-minute walk from the nearest Marni station. It takes 15 minutes by train to Helsinki Central Station, and about the same to the airport. There are also many local buses that depart from the station, and you can get to Marimekko and Iittala Arabia Center in Herttoniemi in 20 minutes without changing buses. In any case, it is very convenient for transportation and is perfect for long-term stays. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Helsinki.
However, there is no front desk, and the staff are only there from 10:00 to 18:00. I arrived at a time other than that, but I didn't know how to enter, so I just went through the entrance when people were entering and leaving. When the staff is there, they will store your luggage for you.
The self check-in code is supposed to be emailed to you in advance, but I still hadn't received it even a week before... I inquired with Trip.com, but they said it would arrive before check-in. The hotel is very good. Rooms (Studios) are very clean and cozy. Nice kitchen. Front desk was very helpful. It is a good location to go to the airport and also to Helsinki. Lots of supermarkets around. Highly recommend it.
