Clarion Hotel Helsinki

We had to take a boat to Tallinn in the morning, so we booked this hotel. There was no bathrobe provided when I went to Sauna, and the hotel staff did not provide any advance notice, nor did there be any notice in the room. When we arrived at the sauna, many ladies in the bathroom didn’t know what to do first, and it was very messy and the floor was very slippery. 2. It’s snowing now and the swimming pool outside is very small and cold. It’s just a bathing pool and not worth going to. 3. When we left, I asked the front desk staff how to get to the boat ride, and he actually told me that it was only 400 meters away. He saw us carrying two 23kg luggage, and it was snowing. We walked there, dragging our suitcases to death! ! ! It was a distance of 2,000 meters, and I couldn’t carry my luggage. I rushed to get to the pier. I was speechless! I almost missed the boat... 4. Sunday morning originally started at 8 o'clock in the morning. When I booked the hotel, there was no reminder that we would start having breakfast at 7 o'clock. As a result, we could only eat ordinary bread and ham, and a lot of food was gone. Empty plates, no service staff there to check the progress of the food quantity The software of this hotel is really not good, I will not stay again!

Hotel well located and with a spa on the top floor with a view. The rooms are tiny. The breakfast is very good, the service could be improved.

The room is great, the breakfast is rich in variety, the location is close to the cruise terminal, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the train station, there is a supermarket nearby, simple meals. Note: There are no disposable slippers and toothbrushes in the room. There is an ice machine in the corridor on the floor.
