The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work.

This hotel is in a great location in terms of being close to town and transport links. The tram leaves from right outside and you’re in town in 20 minutes. The room was well furnished and equipped and very clean. Staff are available online for booking adjustments, queries and maintenance requests. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful. The maintenance man was exceptional. Undercover parking was also available (extra cost), plus sauna, shared lounge and kids playroom. There’s a small 24 hr supermarket downstairs and another a five minute walk away so perfect for self catering. On the down side, we found it overly warm inside the room even with no heating on and the hotel is on a busy main road so if you need the windows open, it’s noisy. In addition, we couldn’t connect to any Australian websites using the hotel internet which meant we couldn’t do any online banking, read home news sites or access any australian government sites for tax, health or travel purposes. This was inconvenient to say the least and the only place we’ve been in six months where this has happened. Overall though, really happy with our stay here, so much so, we extended. Recommended.
