The flat is spotless, and the location is perfect! This was my second stay and I intend to stay with Bob every time I go to Helsinki.

Perfect location only 3 stops on tram line 10 from the city centre. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. The studio apartment was very high quality and the care and organisation of BobW was excellent. There is a supermarket just up the road to stock up with food etc- We will return again

First of all building pictures is not where the rooms are. Second upon entering room immediately had a garbage type smell. Had to contact them to try and fix but they didn’t really solve and were slow to resolve due to not having actual staff there. Both sauna use and room cleaning are extra charges. Booked the sauna (which they require one days notice) and then when the time came for the booking the sauna was not actually ready…

Great Trip ! I fully recommend this place. Well located, everything was perfect in the partment. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming ,Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money.The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Bob W Koti Ullanlinna is a perfect place to stay in Helsinki.

Everything was fine! The apartment was clean and modern. The breakfast options were delicious. Check in was easy and without any problems. Staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was really nice, since we arrived till we gone. all apartment was perfectly clean, new and modern design. it was so much better than I expected and now it’s my favorite accommodation in Europe .
