Pleasant stay
This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Herklion, Crete. It's a very nice property. It has parking but is a distance from the historic district. I'd stay here again.

Great place to stay in Heraklion
One night before taking an early morning flight. Kiki the administrator is super friendly and ready to help with any need. Awesome restaurant by the hotel as well.

Globally good, but..
Despite the problems of a flashing LED light in the room compelling us to disconnect the electric meter (otherwise we felt like in a disco party), the toilet seat with some weird stains, the absence of any person to welcome, and the fact that the beds were only prepared with one sheet (no throw or duvet), everything was quite good.
Good communication... via emails.
As to the location, not ideal, far from old town, from the port and even from the Knossos Palace.
Nice bedroom, nice mattress, good decoration and efficient AC.
