Plenty of food varieties for breakfast. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice for winding down. Spa was available (make sure to make a booking beforehand). Location was within walking distance to Ben Thanh market, so it was easy to get some food, also quite central for the other tourist attractions. It is quite easy to get food as small eateries are plenty available. Aircond was cold I turn it off on some nights to have comfortable sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of Saigon. As soon as I walked I the welcome I got was fantastic. I was early but the guy at the front desk allowed me to check in but while I waited for a short time I could use the pool upstairs and even got a complimentary drink. The room is clean and very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. By the hotel are a great deal of restaurant, cafes, and bars. I highly recommend the place.

Room is clean and big for 3 of us. Very nice hotel. Walking distance’s to most places and food is resounding.

I FIND IT UNBELIEVABLE THAT IN ALL THE PRECEDING REVIEWS, NOBODY THOUGHT IT NECESSARY TO MENTION THAT IN THIS HOTEL YOU ARE ASKED TO NOT FLUSH AWAY THE TOILET PAPER, BUT PUT IT IN THE TRASH CAN BESIDE THE TOILET!!! AND THIS HOTEL CLAIMS 4* !!! There is a handheld spray which you are supposed to use to rinse your bottom. 1). I am a 66yo Australian. We don't have this system in Australian homes. I wouldn't know how to use it, how to position myself or the angle to have the sprayer at to avoid ( and I am trying to be delicate here ) overspray. 2). It is my experience that when toilet paper becomes wet then the toilet paper disintegrates in to a gluggy mess, which you then have to shake off your hands. 3) The shower and toilet are in the SAME cubicle so it would be impossible to shower without covering the area including the toilet in water. I had only booked for 1 night but this is the one and only time in my life that I checked into a booked Hotel and found it so utterly unsatisfactory that I checked out again!!

Overall is good in location and service. With free drink in rooftop bar but swimming pool is small Room is spacious and breakfast is good

Front office and conceirge staff was helpful. Family Suites room is nice and comfortable with 2 queen bed. Didn’t take breakfast as the is no Muslim meal offered Should have option to choose room with breakfast and without breakfast. Overall is a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. The location in District 1 was perfect for walking to all the main Ho Chi Minh attractions. The was a small mixup with our room, but the staff were amazing and gave us an upgrade with extra services. The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept us nice and cool. Everything was adequate for our needs and we would stay here again.

First of All,  the hotel is Loaded in District One and so Location is great to explore HCMC. You got everything near the hotel: Starbucks, 7/11 or family market, different Vietnamese food, a lot of massages. The best way to get around in the city is by taking a grab bike (they are everywhere or you have the grab app). The most important signs of HCMC are in district 1, that’s nice for visitors. I liked the rooftop bar and the pool. Every evening I got one free drink there. You have Also the possibility to use the spa directly in the hotel. I’m happy to stay here!

Nice location but the issue with the show drainage, water doesn’t run and all the dirty water flood over the feet. Addressed the issue , but no repair nor make it right for client. I showed them the video , but, it seems they careless n provided the excuse to me that how their water drainage system works. Imagine your shower dirty water and others flood over your feet.
