Prague Saigon Airport Hotel Reviews

We used it as a base for transit sightseeing. As the name suggests, it's relatively close to the airport, but it's not far enough to walk with large luggage and the pedestrian path to the airport isn't well-developed, so I think I'll have to take a taxi. think. It seems like you can arrange a taxi at the front desk, but when I used it, it was cheaper to use the ride-hailing app Grab. The room was larger and cleaner than I expected, and I was able to watch Japanese broadcasts on the TV. The toilets and bathrooms are made of frosted glass so that their silhouettes can be seen from the living space, so you may need to consider privacy when using the room with a group of the same sex. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I don't think you will have any trouble finding food.

The hotel is clean, located near the airport and restaurants, and the staff is cheerful and enthusiastic.

In principle, not bad for the money, the main plus is close to the airport, we had an early flight. The air conditioner did not work in the room, it was impossible to sleep. We called the reception and they brought a fan))) Well, at least this way.

The location and accommodation are very clean, however, sometimes you hear the staff fighting and loud voices, and the information desk staff are not very friendly.

all the staff are excellent,attentive and very helpful. everything is great. the area is 5 min ride to the airport. but to get to the main attractions will take 20 to 30 min by grab depending on the traffic... they have no restaurant but there is a ministop near and streetfoods stalls near.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Always there to help, answer questions and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Room is very clean, has everything necessary. I really enjoyed staying here.

Stayed here 1 night (only for about 12 hrs) before early morning flight out of Saigon. Stayed in small windowless room but got a really good price ($28 cad all in). Room was clean and it suited our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are steps to the reception area/hotel, and door/security person was quick to help carry our luggage up the stairs. Didn't really get a chance to explore the neighborhood but it is very close to the airport.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Prague Airport Hotel in Vietnam was such a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share it. We booked a room for our family, which includes young children, and were completely let down. Upon checking in at 16:30, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Instead of being transparent, the hotel staff dismissed our concerns, insisting that the aircon just hadn't been on long enough. Given the unbearable heat in the room, we decided to leave for a while to have dinner at a mall, hoping that the room would cool down by the time we returned. Unfortunately, when we returned, the room was even more unbearably hot. Upon further inquiry, the staff finally admitted that the air conditioning for the entire building was broken and wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With the oppressive heat and humidity, it was simply impossible to sleep, especially with two small children and a 20-hour flight ahead of us the next day. Left with no other option, we had to pack everything up and find another hotel at 22:30. This was not only inconvenient but also added unexpected expenses to our trip. Despite this major inconvenience, the hotel management has refused to refund our money, offering a series of excuses instead of a simple apology and refund. The service we experienced was miles away from the typical hospitality we have come to expect in Vietnam. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality and service at Prague Airport Hotel were. There are many other hotels in the vicinity that offer better facilities, free breakfast, and reliable air conditioning for a similar price. I would strongly advise against staying at Prague Airport Hotel - it's simply not worth the risk.

We chose the hotel for our last night in Vietnam because we had to move on to the airport the next day and didn't want to spend a lot of time travelling to the airport. Had a very warm welcome, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is more than ok for the low price - we chose a room without windows on purpose because of the traffic (it's located in a busy street). Everything was clean and working properly. Absolutely no complains.

Good comfortable place. The only thing is that they don't have a taxi service and they don't even help you get one. They only told me to download an app, and it is functional like Uber but from this area. Everything else very good
