Only 2 toilets/showers so if somebody is using the shower you can not go to the tiolet

staffs are really really nice and it is indeed quite peaceful! I had friends during my stay and so cute to hear stories of their adventures too

Had a good stay with this hostel, good and clean rooms, good breakfast, free water and WiFi. Worth the price I paid🫶🏻

The location is very accessible and there's a lot of historical landmark near by.

I recently stayed at CouCou Homestead I, located at 121/35 Đ. Lê Thị Riêng, Phường Phạm Ngũ Lão, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the night walking street, just a short walk away. It’s incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore the local nightlife. The place itself felt like home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day. The highlight for me was the breakfast. It was delicious and really set a positive tone for the day. Overall, CouCou Homestead I provided a great blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good location very near just walk about 10 mins to bus terminal going to airport.

We are a family with 1 small baby. The rooms here are comfortably furnished and very clean. Location right in the center of District 1, not on the main road but the alley is very wide, cars park right up to the door. The whole house has an elevator. What I love most here is the very quiet space and super comfortable bed. You can rest assured that you will have a good night's sleep here. We will stay again if we come to Saigon

Worst place to have a goodnight sleep

The breakfast consists of 1 raw egg that you have to cook yourself and 2 pieces of bread and a drink.

Amazing Staffs that we're very accommodating. The place is very comfy which you won't be missing home. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for future tour in Vietnam.

Nice little hostel, stuff not always available but also nice, free breakfast was nice

We went to check in at 2pm, but there was no one to serve us. The cleaner helped to contact the host twice and he only showed up after we waited for an hour. The room is below expectation but still acceptable. The major issue is the toilet has urine smell and serious water blockage issue probably due to clogged water downpipe. WiFi is slow and unstable. Air-conditioning is not cold at all. Overall is an unpleasant stay. No information about buffet breakfast either.

Located at district 1 but it is at the back alley so may take awhile to figure out the hostel. Bathroom may have water chockage at the drain depending the room. Besides that, everything is still acceptable.
