I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service made my stay truly memorable. ***Accommodations: The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

Location: Near to most tourist spots, lots of food options around Ambiance/Facilities: Facilities: Huge pool, fully equipped fitness gym, sauna, steam room Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Daily Housekeeping. They also provide free bottled water, coffee, tea, and fruits! Restaurant: Our booking included daily breakfast. Great tasting foods with lots of choices. The location is old the hotel need some much needed improvement I requested a quiet room far from elevator and they put me on the nearest 😅the hotel Chinese restaurant is local and I recommend a must try. The staffs are average and I totally stayed four nights and didn’t get much sleep coz the door closing aren’t nearing quiet mode and the pushing cleaning lolly and ladies speaking loudly at the hallway weren’t helping …. So I cut short of total six nights to four and had to argue for few hours to get what I wanted….

Check-in and check-out were handled very quickly and conveniently as we had to move around a lot so that was very helpful.

place was super clean and full of amenities you’d need at home so it basically feels like home. convenient too as there is a mall nearby (~3 mins walk). there’s a convenience store right outside too

A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.

Vivian Saigon Hotel was so nice, they also offered quarantine and covid test. The food was amazing and they bring meals to your room every day if you wish. They bring different meals every time so you have the best different Vietnamese foods! The location was also nice with food shops, hair dresser and Vietnamese massage close-by. The bed and room was very big and have aircondition. The bathroom also was fine. Great choices of tv channels, about 100 channels. Thank you again to Vivian Hotel for great service and will stay with you again in the very near future.

Из-за раненого рейса останавливалась на 1 ночь в этом отеле. Отель на вид и по фото неплохой, но эта ночь была ужасной. Звукоизоляции вообще никакой нет. Комната была рядом с ресепшеном и было слышно всё, как-будто в номере всё происходит. Окон нет и вентиляции тоже. В комнате душно, запах стройматериалов и мебели. Задыхались всю ночь. Даже кондиционер, который работал хорошо, не спасал ситуацию. Не рекомендую, особенно людям с бронхолёгочными проблемами.

I travelled the world on budget, 3 stars hotels..this hotel is the only one who has a porter help me carry my stuff upstairs. When my tour guide failed to pick me up, this hotel staffs whose been waiting with me outside for 15 mins or so, knowing that I'm panic, ordered a taxi..taxi arrived in no time and saving me from missing my flight. Quick thinking, practical, willing to help.
