The next day, I specifically asked the cleaning lady to remove the hair, but when I returned in the evening, the floor and bathroom looked exactly the same as before. Regarding the underground parking, it's a huge plus that the hotel provides free parking, especially for those traveling by car. However, there's room for improvement. On the second day, it rained heavily, and perhaps to prevent flooding in the underground garage, the roller shutter at the parking entrance was closed, which I commend the hotel for. But it would have been even better if the hotel could have sent a message or called guests to inform them that they could enter through the garage exit after the main entrance closed. Overall, my impression of the hotel is still good. The parking issue was mainly due to the heavy rain and coinciding with school dismissal nearby, which caused a minor inconvenience. However, the hotel definitely needs to improve its cleaning standards.
