Hotels Near Four Seasons Park - Bui Huu Hung Museum in Hoi An

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small. Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

A fortuitous stay, because initially shortlisted but unavailable and eventually picked over a beach facing 5 star property. The stars were in our favour, and Maison Vy turned out to be one of the best properties we experienced in our 15 day Vietnam trip. It was a very tastefully done up property and though it did not have a bar operational, or a restaurant operational, it was a super experience all through. The Mediterranean colour scheme all over, the furnishings, the Spartan feel and small but very significant little things such as the rejuvenating foot baths at the end of the day were a fab touch. The staff without exception were friendly and keen to serve us and caring of our needs. COVID has dealt it some blows it appears, but with the new norms, the breakfast service was exceptional and again the best we experienced in our entire trip. From the fruit presentation, the granola with the yoghurt and toasted coconut pieces and to the exceptional Cau Lu noodles it was an unforgettable stay. The Cau lu itself is a reason to go back to Hoi An, and esp Maison Vy. I could not imagine having something like this for b'fast, but would recommend this to every Hoi An visitor. It is a signature noodle, a signature dish and lives up to its reputation, particularly when it prepared with simple spices and served with love and a beaming smile.

We had the best week staying here! It felt like a little slice of (affordable) luxury, following weeks of travelling and many uncomfortable beds, we were happy to spend the week enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer and resting and Grand Holiday Villa in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful, full of great advice and ideas of places to go and things to do! The room was beautiful and comfortable, just everything about our stay was perfect and we felt really looked after. We loved that we could borrow the bikes and had a lot of fun doing so! Thank you so much. If we're ever in Hoi An again, we will 100% be back.

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

The hotel is great value for money and have many amenities. Bicycles are free for use. Dores helped us a lot and kept our luggages safe after our check out and before our returning in late afternoon, and she also allowed us to use the shower facilities even after checked out.

Large and clean room. Unfortunately the wall between the bathroom and the room had an obvious humidity problem and when we came back we could smell mold (and the wall itself is stained). For the rest, nothing to complain about, I would improve the bikes because they are really heavy to drive (they are free but some maintenance is necessary), a few more options for breakfast for those who prefer a sweet one like us Europeans. Really very kind staff, not everyone spoke English but they made themselves understood. Often there was a strong smell of food in the stairs and hall, but we noticed that in all family-run hotels it is like this (they cook in the kitchen which is on the ground floor and the smell spreads everywhere). Close to the center of Hoi An, about ten minutes/a quarter of an hour maximum. Recommended!

Stayed 7 nights on a package deal. Apparently opened not long before covid and reopened a year ago. Modern luxury place right on beach. Consists of modern reasonable size hotel type rooms plus separate villas of various sizes. Spacious high end foyer area welcomes you as does helpful efficient staff. Beautiful well designed and maintained garden areas. Long pool area consisting of 4 separate pools including a couple for toddlers and small children lead down to beach front. Nice grassy shaded beach area set up right on beach which is patrolled by resort lifeguards. Restaurant has excellent food and service and there is a separate bistro next to pool with a reduced menu. Package deals including meals have a set menu with reduced offerings that does get a bit repetitive after 7 days. Strangely they combine the vegetarian and gluten free menu, so all gluten free offerings are vegetarian however the kitchen will amend other dishes to gluten free dishes if possible. The place is comparatively pricey for Vietnam. The hotel is almost in the middle between Danang & Hoian town centres, about 200k dong each way to both by grab (local uber) or 300k by taxi, which leads to my only issue with this place. They offer 3 daily shuttles to Danang,( return 115k dong) but if it's busy they don't run the shuttle and won't run if only one booking, so you can't rely on it. The clothes storage in the rooms for an extended stay is also a bit awkward. Overall very pleasant stay in a high end place with well trained efficient and friendly staff Shoutout to Hoa and Ninh in the restaurant who should be managers there by the time we hopefully can return.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
