My family and me had a good experience, (specially after we stayed in other hotel that was not what you see on the pictures at all). This hotel is really what you see on the pictures. I will go back again if one day I go back to HK. Thanks

The location is good, only a few minutes to the MTR station. 7-11 is only across the road, really convenient. The drinking water machines were not in service during our stay, so bottled water were supplied instead. While there is an air purifier in the room, it would be much better if the dust accumulated trapped in it could removed (or reduced) when leaving it for customers to use. The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient.

Advantages: Free upgrade to triple room, which is great for us traveling with children. In addition, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and gave very detailed explanations when we inquired about nearby restaurants and transportation.
Disadvantages: When I checked in, the hotel had just opened on its fourth day, and the room still had a slight smell. It would be better if the air conditioner and purifier were turned on. Another weird thing is that the TV suddenly turned on by itself while I was sleeping at around 6 o'clock in the morning, and it turned off with the remote control and then turned on again after a few seconds. The staff came up and worked for a long time but couldn't find the reason. In the end, they had to unplug the power to ensure that they would not be woken up again during the two days of stay.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and leisure trips and it has always been great. The room is spacious compared to other city hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel offers nice breakfast as well. The proximity to the metro and APM mall is a definitely a plus. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here for 3 nights while renewing my visa for China. The room is close to visa service center as well as train station. Room is small, as with all homg kong rooms. Hosts were super nice and extreamly helpful.

Didn't get much to use on the services of the hotel because we only stayed for 1 night. But we had a great sleep during our stay, the bed was so comfy.
The bathroom was fancy and the blind curtains were a bit noisy but it was fun to press the button to make it go up and down.
The only problem was the aircon thermostat buttons, I think it needed some maintenance because it has a delayed response or couldn't respond at all.
The breakfast was good

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Excellent
CChico999Very good all around value considering you are Hong Kong. ”Cozy” rooms with comfy beds. The food is very good in spite of the set menu, except for the western option which adds a hot dog and canned baked beans to your eggs instead of bacon and potatoes. One load of self service laundry costs $10.22. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Recommend the dumpling place down the street.
RRene LeeThe best hotel stay if you have a flight the next day. The staff are kind and welcoming. They are ready to tend to your everyday needs. This hotel has an airport shuttle that can take you to the airport. The hotel is full equipped and very comfortable. I enjoy staying here. Thank you again.
RRXT DigitalStay here for 1 Night and get another extra 3 Night. Its easy to find food around 7 eleven just a walk away, laundry nearby. Room size small, but good enough for 1 person.
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
GGuest UserLocation is very good. Check in and check out are very fast. Staff are very polite and helpful. Only thing is that no free drinking water and converter are available. But definitely recommended as the price is good and location is very near to the visa center.
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
GGuest UserAs a visitor, this hotel is located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation and a moderate location!
During the day, you can visit Hong Kong’s landmarks such as the Space Museum or go shopping, and at night you can communicate and chat with friends when you return to the hotel!
You can sleep quietly at night. The hotel is well-equipped and the sanitary condition is good!
Visitors will also have a feeling of fun and never forget to leave!
Sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers!
