This is the best location because it is connected to Hong Kong's Myeongdong Tsim Sha Tsui. The facilities and services are absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Due to the budget requirements of my traveling companions and the need for a triple room, I had no choice but to choose this hotel. The facilities are old, the mattresses are soft, and there are no disposable items available (all of which must be purchased). The location is very good, in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the subway and buses. The quality of the room is large, with a 270-degree window. The window is large and clean, but the facilities are old, so that doesn't matter!

I went to a conference at the Polytechnic University, which is very close to this hotel.
A huge plus - 5-10 meters from the entrance to the hotel there is a bus stop, to which the A21 route from the airport goes.
The room and the hotel are clean, quick check-in (though, I would have liked the staff to be more responsive). Take your own accessories (or buy them in the nearest stores), because Hong Kong has a "zero plastic" policy - because of this, there is no standard travel kit in the room. I will also note that the room was cold (yes, winter ...). Breakfasts are normal.
Relevant for Russians: at the booking stage through another service there were problems (they did not accept UnionPay cards), and the hotel was not responsive. But when I managed to make an advance payment by card through Trip.com (surprisingly - Alfa-Bank, Mir), everything went without problems. Cash payment, and you are in the room. The refund of the advance payment also came quickly (after check-out).
Overall, I recommend it.
