Hotels Near Ngau Tau Kok Market in Hong Kong

My family and me had a good experience, (specially after we stayed in other hotel that was not what you see on the pictures at all). This hotel is really what you see on the pictures. I will go back again if one day I go back to HK. Thanks

The location is good, only a few minutes to the MTR station. 7-11 is only across the road, really convenient. The drinking water machines were not in service during our stay, so bottled water were supplied instead. While there is an air purifier in the room, it would be much better if the dust accumulated trapped in it could removed (or reduced) when leaving it for customers to use. The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times for business and leisure trips and it has always been great. The room is spacious compared to other city hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel offers nice breakfast as well. The proximity to the metro and APM mall is a definitely a plus. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

10.1 I booked a twin room and arrived at the hotel at 4pm. I was told that there was no room available and I had to wait for 30 minutes. When I questioned why the hotel had no rooms available at 4 pm after checking out at 11 o'clock, the hotel still made me wait for 15 minutes before arranging a room. Since I checked in on my birthday, I asked if there are birthday benefits for guest members, such as room upgrades. Hotel reply: None. Talking about the location, it is really too out of the way. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, Songhuangtai, and there is no shade from the sun or rain during the walk. Yes, it’s completely open-air, the whole way! When I took a taxi from the West Kowloon High Speed ​​Rail Station to the hotel, the taxi driver had never heard of this new hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to check in and the fee is HKD 80, but because there are 2 suitcases, an extra HKD 12 is charged, totaling HKD 92. Regarding the smell of the new hotel decoration, I don't know why so many people say it has no smell. . . I tell you with all my conscience, the room smells very strong! It's very heavy! When taking care of your baby, rhinitis patients, please be careful! Because it is a new hotel, the facilities must be brand new.

Stayed here for 3 nights while renewing my visa for China. The room is close to visa service center as well as train station. Room is small, as with all homg kong rooms. Hosts were super nice and extreamly helpful.

I think the place is great. The room is slightly small but sufficient for travellers with small bags. The place is under renovation so there are occasionally construction in place

One of the best hotel in Hong Kong. The view in room is astonishing and perfect where I can see clearly the Victoria harbor daytime and nighttime, especially at night.

This is the second stay at the hotel. Became disappointed by the cigarette smoke we sensed over midnight that woke up my family. When the staff was asked to check for the violators, the staff instead sprayed deodorant outside our room,then knocked and said ”I could not smell anything”. It was disrespectful gesture, as if we lied about the incident. When we said that we could not agree with the deordant being used before her check, the staff went silent and began discussing the AC. When we interviewed other guests in the breakfast lounge, others agreed with our observation on cigarette smoke. We reported to reception as well but limited changes could be done due to centralized ventilation system. Suggest all staff go through training again regarding respect. Attached is the view from lobby of our floor. We stayed on top floors in the second stay but it didn't seem to matter.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Excellent stay at the Lanson. Am moving to HK and stayed here during my first visit to HK. The staff was exceptionally friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Kevin went above and beyond meeting me close to midnight when I arrived at the hotel and just making sure I felt welcomed. He also gave me suggestions on where to eat, how to ask for traditional milk tea in Cantonese, etc. Hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean as they recently went through a renovation. Food was amazing and breakfast buffet was a particular favorite. I was even able to do laundry at their self service laundry room free of charge to guests. I will not hesitate recommending Lanson to anyone visiting. Location was also great - close to MTR, high end shops, and restaurants. I will be back !
