Good location. Easy to access all public transports and plenty of restaurants nearby. 24/7 McDonald's is only a short 5mins walk in case if you want it.
The room is really tiny and a bit smelly due to age and maybe mould...the toilet was pretty dirty and it had a broken wall with a cracked shower base. We changed to a different room on the 2nd day which was a bit better.
If you have tight budget and are a lone traveller, I think it's still ok to stay here for a night or two just to save money. After all its location is good and the area is safe.
But if you travel with your partner and family, this hotel is definitely a no-go.

Arrived after 16:00 to find the room not cleaned. Cleaning lady arrived, cleaned the room and I was able to go inside. The water dispenser had no room temperature/cold water so I had to wait for the water to cool before I could drink it. You have to pay $200 deposit š for what š¤·š½āļø, I donāt know. The room was tiny but it served its purpose. Spent 1 night only and would never go back.

Didn't get much to use on the services of the hotel because we only stayed for 1 night. But we had a great sleep during our stay, the bed was so comfy.
The bathroom was fancy and the blind curtains were a bit noisy but it was fun to press the button to make it go up and down.
The only problem was the aircon thermostat buttons, I think it needed some maintenance because it has a delayed response or couldn't respond at all.
The breakfast was good

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my sonās bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. Weāll definitely go again very soon.
I had a wonderful stay recently. The hotel is elegantly decorated, combining modern and classy luxury. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the overall comfort and convenience. Although I didn't have the opportunity to try the food, my experience was so positive that I definitely plan to return.
The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

Excellent
CChico999Very good all around value considering you are Hong Kong. āCozyā rooms with comfy beds. The food is very good in spite of the set menu, except for the western option which adds a hot dog and canned baked beans to your eggs instead of bacon and potatoes. One load of self service laundry costs $10.22. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Recommend the dumpling place down the street.
RRene LeeThe best hotel stay if you have a flight the next day. The staff are kind and welcoming. They are ready to tend to your everyday needs. This hotel has an airport shuttle that can take you to the airport. The hotel is full equipped and very comfortable. I enjoy staying here. Thank you again.

CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. Itās about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
GGuest UserLocation is very good. Check in and check out are very fast. Staff are very polite and helpful. Only thing is that no free drinking water and converter are available. But definitely recommended as the price is good and location is very near to the visa center.
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
GGuest UserAs a visitor, this hotel is located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation and a moderate location!
During the day, you can visit Hong Kongās landmarks such as the Space Museum or go shopping, and at night you can communicate and chat with friends when you return to the hotel!
You can sleep quietly at night. The hotel is well-equipped and the sanitary condition is good!
Visitors will also have a feeling of fun and never forget to leave!
Sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers!
