Stay here for 2 nights, and the cleaner aunty will come in to help you change towel, clean room everyday.
Location from MTR is very convenient (EXIT A), but the North Point location itself seems quite far from Central and other popular places (nearer to Monster Building)
Bus to Airport available (A11) at adjacent to the hotel.
Did provide toothbrush but not toothpaste, 7Eleven/Circle K is nearby can buy at there.
*I am staying at 21st floor Room 10 and the view is very good as it is facing the sea between 2 buildings but Ibis currently undergoing renovation or repainting so your view is also quite not niceđ which explained why this Ibis is cheaper than another Ibis
Can't really blame them, whole hongkong is like undergoing reconstruction.
Would recommend Ibis North Point as well.

Room very small, opening the luggage will block passage way to bathroom. Loved your bathroom slippers with different colour for easy identification. Bathroom and shower door is 2-in-1. Water tends to splash out if closes the entire bathroom room with the door. The bathroom facade is translucent, meaning can see the blurred person showering inside. Not ideal for non couple. Good mountain view from rooms on high floor. Glad to have room 2702. Breakfast was ok. Room price was very ex, SGD220+ per night.
The location is good, only a few minutes to the MTR station. 7-11 is only across the road, really convenient. The drinking water machines were not in service during our stay, so bottled water were supplied instead. While there is an air purifier in the room, it would be much better if the dust accumulated trapped in it could removed (or reduced) when leaving it for customers to use. The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient.

Toilet shower and sink are very terrible. I even could not open the faucet of the shower. Hotel doesnât have instructions of how to use it. Water goes very slowly. Plus it was very slippery during shower. Hotel does not provide waterproof carpet on it. Finally I put on bathrobe to dial â0â to ask staff to help.
Besides this shower problem, hotel located at very good location. Hotel staff are also very polite & nice. Housekeepers very polite and said hello to me. They cleaned up the room very fast at the second day.
Concierge staff are helpful , fast and polite too. I called them to pick up my luggage, they came very fast. They were very caring . They gave me a big plastic bag for my shopping gifts.
We went to sky bar lunch. Food very delicious , staff very nice & professional. The price also inexpensive. It was worthy. The restaurant view very beautiful .

What can be more classically Hong Kong than staying in a former factory? Every corner of our building holds a hint of its former glory from the modern aesthetic of our 185 rooms to the streamlined, business oriented mindset weâve applied to our services. Today, the factory might be gone, but the spirit of the Camel brand still lives on in our hotel. The original floor plans, pieces of the factory and vintage Camel products that have been re-imagined into new uses can be found in the public areas and our rooms. Become part of the Kowloon Bay resurgence. Get caught up in the energy of Hong Kong's emerging international business hub rising from Hong Kong's former iconic industrial district.

10.1 I booked a twin room and arrived at the hotel at 4pm. I was told that there was no room available and I had to wait for 30 minutes. When I questioned why the hotel had no rooms available at 4 pm after checking out at 11 o'clock, the hotel still made me wait for 15 minutes before arranging a room.
Since I checked in on my birthday, I asked if there are birthday benefits for guest members, such as room upgrades. Hotel reply: None.
Talking about the location, it is really too out of the way. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, Songhuangtai, and there is no shade from the sun or rain during the walk. Yes, itâs completely open-air, the whole way! When I took a taxi from the West Kowloon High Speed ââRail Station to the hotel, the taxi driver had never heard of this new hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to check in and the fee is HKD 80, but because there are 2 suitcases, an extra HKD 12 is charged, totaling HKD 92.
Regarding the smell of the new hotel decoration, I don't know why so many people say it has no smell. . . I tell you with all my conscience, the room smells very strong! It's very heavy! When taking care of your baby, rhinitis patients, please be careful!
Because it is a new hotel, the facilities must be brand new.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my sonâs bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. Weâll definitely go again very soon.
The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice.
The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

CChee yeeGood to stay , the room is spacious with bath tub , connected with the mall , itâs really nice place , the only minus will be the MTR station need to interchange , if u want to go and shop at the shoplot outside , need to walk around 15 mins minimum , overall still a good hotel
CChico999Very good all around value considering you are Hong Kong. âCozyâ rooms with comfy beds. The food is very good in spite of the set menu, except for the western option which adds a hot dog and canned baked beans to your eggs instead of bacon and potatoes. One load of self service laundry costs $10.22. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Recommend the dumpling place down the street.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. Itâs about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they donât provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier đđ»
MMoody ElsaWe booked two seaview rooms. Both rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel western type breakfast and dinner were good value for money. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. Just one minor thing is the hotel doesn't provide water sports anymore. If you want to play you can ask the shops on the beach just one or two minutes walking distance beside the Resort. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and definitely will come again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
