Four Seasons service is always great, but this location has to be among the best! Spent the week of June 11 here - EVERY employee was clearly service-oriented, going out of their way to offer assistance and more! Mina at the front desk was especially helpful throughout the week! Outstanding in all ways!

Good morning , The facilities and service met our expectations. We would have appreciated having a room with a view of the sea, the mountain, the swimming pool or the gardens, even if it meant paying a little more, coming from France to admire the beauty of the landscapes. We had a room (53) which overlooked the street on one side (with a small terrace) and the parking lot on the other! We wouldn't have stayed for one night but we spent 6... We are therefore very disappointed by TRIP's contribution to this reservation, next time we will contact the hotel directly. Cdt

Booked suite. The order was placed two months in advance because Ctrip's price was very good. I went there and found that the suite at the Waikiki Prince Hotel was very newly decorated, large in size, and had good facilities. The suite has views from three sides and is very comfortable. The hotel's self-service parking is directly connected to the lobby. You can enter and exit by swiping your room card, so there is no need for concierge parking at all. If you want to eat, there are several restaurants. You can order from the breakfast buffet. The price is moderate and the quality is average, but you can feel full. Turn left out the back door and walk to the big shopping mall in Waikiki in less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no beach. I don't go to the beach, so it doesn't matter. In addition, I didn’t know why I lost my credit card bag during breakfast. I only found out in the afternoon that I was covered in a cold sweat! I saw the front desk of the hotel calling my cell phone, so I went back and asked the front desk, saying that the guests had picked it up and left it at the front desk, so I didn’t want to tip them. Very very nice!

The room is large and spacious with a large balcony, but there is a block in front of the sea view to take a taxi to a dozen dollars in Waikiki. The apartment hotel is very clean and tidy. The Internet is very fast. Fireworks show hotel does not have a private beach to go to the beach to cross the street for a while. Two swimming pools. There is a Japanese-style side street downstairs behind the hotel. There is a Japanese restaurant for 5 days. Cheap hotel, but if you want to live by the sea and have a beach with sea views, it is not recommended. After all, it is still a certain distance to walk

Booked here for the last night before leaving Hawaii. I have to catch a flight early the next morning and I just need to sleep for one night, which is better than an airport hotel. The room is still clean and hygienic. The biggest bonus is that there is a very delicious restaurant opposite. Probably because I have eaten at a pretty good restaurant on Oahu. The place opposite is more lively, and I found it to be more lively than the Wakiki Sheraton where we stayed. Next time I come back I will stay at a hotel in the Hilton Village opposite.

This's my first time booking through ”trip” app. I glad i did. Our room is corner views where we got both the view from diamond head and oceanfront. This's the best experience i have. We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 7pm Hawaii time. Didn't expect they were doing fireworks around 8pm. I got to see it right from my window view. Omg.....i was breaking in tears where i haven't experience of fireworks this close before. I wish they allow video reviews in here where i can share my recording of the fireworks to you all. My daily views from my room are the best everyday and night throughout our stay. We walked around the beaches, restaurants and stores around the hotel area everynight before bed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome experience and memories. Love it so much and totally recommend.

So....got a great rate on Travelzoo voucher for 4 nights. This hotel has been remodeled and is still in process of completing some work in common areas. Starbucks opened when I was there, and Monkeypod will open in the future. Staff was fabulous! No complaints there. I was able to check in early and got a partial ocean view on floor 11. Room was spotless. My only complaint, and it's a big one for me, is the soundproofing. I should say lack of it! Doors are HEAVY and each open and shut on the floor nearby is a shock to the sleeper. Also, the wind whistled and the band and traffic comes right in through slider to balcony. The band stops at 9, so that was no problem, and very nice. But....I hated the door slams and other interior noises. If you are a light sleeper, I don't think you will enjoy yourself. I wore ear plugs. Location is superb! It really can't be beat. Pool is OK. The jacuzzi was kind of icky. One being closed the entire time, the other kind of grey and the one attached to the pool generally full of kids. No jacuzzi for me. Towels and loungers were readily available. No problems there. We did have a problem at restaurant/ bar with what we think was bad turkey or mayo on a club. My grandson and I got sick within a couple hours. Unfortunately for the maintenance staff there was some cleaning up to do in the bathroom. The staff responded immediately and were so nice about it. I cannot thank them enough. However, when I reported this to the restaurant manager in the morning I was not totally happy with his response. All in all, I would stay there again for what I paid for it.

It is newly decorated in a Japanese style. The fixed seaside view is that the beach is not a full sea view. Most of the Japanese customers also have exclusive services. It is friendly to children. There are children's pools and water play facilities, and there is also an infinity pool with an adult bar. It is great not to disturb each other. There is a Lawson convenience store, an ice cream shop, etc. just below, with complete facilities, it is worth living in!

The hotel is in the center of Waikiki. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.I The beaches are 100 meters away. The famous hotels Moana Surfrider and Hyatt Regency are across the street. Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall.

Conveniently located near the beach, shopping and excursion pickup hotel. Very clean and staff was accommodating. They didn’t have the Hyatt tote bag and refillable water bottles as advertised. However we were given complimentary Aquafina water bottles instead. Front desk did not mention free breakfast details nor did paperwork indicate such. We must have missed out on that. Express checkout wasn’t working at checkout time.
