This's my first time booking through ”trip” app. I glad i did. Our room is corner views where we got both the view from diamond head and oceanfront. This's the best experience i have. We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 7pm Hawaii time. Didn't expect they were doing fireworks around 8pm. I got to see it right from my window view. Omg.....i was breaking in tears where i haven't experience of fireworks this close before. I wish they allow video reviews in here where i can share my recording of the fireworks to you all. My daily views from my room are the best everyday and night throughout our stay. We walked around the beaches, restaurants and stores around the hotel area everynight before bed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome experience and memories. Love it so much and totally recommend.

Review of Alohilani Resort where we stayed for 2 nights! Location: The location is really great. It's right in front of the beach, so it's great to play, swim, and come in from the beach There is also Cheeseburger Paradise, one of the top 3 burger restaurants in Hawaii, right next door. Maguros Spot, famous for its poke, and the famous Musubi restaurant are also nearby. Room condition: Clean, but cleaning is done once every 2 days I already knew about the cleaning part, so there was nothing inconvenient - I stayed here and moved to the next hotel, but they clean it every day! Was it good for nothing? Toothbrushes are not provided separately! I didn't even have slippers, so I brought them to my room. It's quiet, and each room has a balcony, so it's good to dry your swimsuit. Breakfast: Additional tips!!! (One star off because of him!) They said the breakfast was buffet style, so I even paid an extra fee (I thought it was 30 dollars per person). It was the worst breakfast of my life.. They say it's served like that on the weekends.. Give me a plate of fruit and a plate of bread and you're done! You can't choose the price, you have to eat what they give you. If this is the case, even if you go to a nice brunch cafe and eat it, the price is half the price and it would have been much more satisfying. Totally disappointing Additional facilities: Infinity pool is good. The infinity pool is good, and in the evening, do a DJ performance at the bar next door. Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall.

I stayed at many hotels, but the Royal Hawaiian was the best among them. The room was not large, but it was good with a classical and solid feeling. The bed was fluffy and comfortable, and I enjoyed it in my room. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I checked in quite early because I was moving from another hotel, but the room was available and I was allowed to enter. I enjoyed the banana muffin service and free yoga lessons. If I had to say, there was no bathtub and slippers, and the amenities were different depending on the day. But I definitely want to stay again.

This hotel is perfectly located with all of the amenities you could want. Loved the filtered water station in the lobby in particular! I have to give a shout out to Taciana who cleaned my room each day during the duration of my stay. She always made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Thanks, Taciana! I’d definitely stay at Waikiki Beachcomber again when visiting Oahu.

Booked this in 2019 for our 20th anniversary and had to cancel due to COVID and they said they would honor my booked rate for the next year. Had to cancel again and they honored my price for 2022! I was impressed with that. Hotel is in a great location-you can play in the ocean and see Diamond Head and we were lucky enough to spot two sea turtles. (one was a baby) You can walk to International Market Place, Al Moana shopping center, and Beach Walk Street with many good Restaurants. and Lewers Street. Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center down the street also. We didn't get a rental car and took an uber 4 times and had several tours booked where you get picked up and dropped off. Much cheaper than a rental car and having to pay $50 a night just to park the rental car at the hotel. Hotel was in definite need of a remodel. Was told would have a higher level room and put on first floor. We requested to move next day. Moved to 9th floor. Room was clean, hotel was clean, restaurant was very clean. People were friendly. Lots to do on Oahu. A lot of people here.

Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!
