#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Shops, Nearby Restaurants, Nearby Activities; #negative #I was disappointed with the Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level; 1. I booked a corner room in the city, and the check-in notification was gone. I ended up staying in an ordinary room, which was quite crowded for two people + luggage.
2. The hotel is under renovation, the entrance is noisy, and the temporary place for checkin is relatively simple
3. There is a smell of cigarettes on the pillow and quilt, and it doesn't feel very clean
4. But in general, the staff is very friendly and can receive express delivery
5. Walking distance from Waikiki Beach and shopping streets

New to this platform. Never again!
After making a last min. booking from the airport for a lay over hotel stay when I finally arrived to the reception (after 48 hrs. of International travel and having not slept, and a taxi driver who tried to rip me off I go to the make shift reception area on the 3 rd floor of the hotel with holes in the wall.) I tried to check in but couldn't b/c the name on the booking was my gf instead of mine which was done automatically from the info. stored on my account. There was no possibility of editing after contacting customer support of Trip.com and hotel management. They advertised the rate of $73 minus $40 in gold tier trip .com points. It should have cots me $30. But istead with all the at check out it was $120. I booked at a near by hotel and finally got in bed over 2 hours later. I am done with this shaming platform riddled with red tape issues they don't tell you about. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Soundproofing, Toiletries, Hotel Smell, Location; The check-in went smoothly, but the front desk needs to pay a 30-dollar resort fee. This money is very pitiful, it is a motel, and it is not worth it
