This's my first time booking through ”trip” app. I glad i did. Our room is corner views where we got both the view from diamond head and oceanfront. This's the best experience i have. We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 7pm Hawaii time. Didn't expect they were doing fireworks around 8pm. I got to see it right from my window view. Omg.....i was breaking in tears where i haven't experience of fireworks this close before. I wish they allow video reviews in here where i can share my recording of the fireworks to you all. My daily views from my room are the best everyday and night throughout our stay. We walked around the beaches, restaurants and stores around the hotel area everynight before bed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome experience and memories. Love it so much and totally recommend.

It is a hotel with a very nice view, probably because I am on the 17th floor and have a corner room. I can see the sea and the entire bustling city. The room is clean and cleaned every day, so it is good. There are many Japanese people in Hawaii. Generally, the overall service in places where Japanese people gather is not bad, so it is relatively reliable. If I come to Hawaii again, I will definitely continue to choose this hotel.

It is newly decorated in a Japanese style. The fixed seaside view is that the beach is not a full sea view. Most of the Japanese customers also have exclusive services. It is friendly to children. There are children's pools and water play facilities, and there is also an infinity pool with an adult bar. It is great not to disturb each other. There is a Lawson convenience store, an ice cream shop, etc. just below, with complete facilities, it is worth living in!

This hotel is about a 10 min walking distance to the beach. Located in a central area near the Waikiki strip that has a Las Vegas strip feel (busy, crowded). A lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Food is expensive overall in the area. Hotel itself has a restaurant inside. Beautiful lobby area that includes a community microwave and a soda stream machine. They give you a sample of Dole pineapple frozen yogurt at check in. Good customer service, friendly staff. Damien, our valet guy was great! $45 valet parking daily but $30 dollar/day parking option across the street behind Ross. Queen room was cute, colorful but a bit smaller than expected. Carpet and bathroom outdated but has a balcony. No microwave in the room but snacks and kettle for hot water, as well as tea. Big closet for your clothes a plus. TV has cable channels but no premiums. Housekeeping good with bringing towels daily. Can get beach towels from front desk. Pool and sitting area on roof is nice. Overall we had a good experience and the hotel is cute and practical.

I paid the resort fee and deposit with my card when I checked in in the morning, but when I went to the front desk to pick up my room key in the afternoon, I was charged the resort fee and deposit again. Even if I told him that I had paid when I checked in earlier, he insisted that I could pay. It's not for me, it's for my husband. Even though I said it was strange that I had reserved only one room for two people, I was told to pay. I asked someone who could speak Japanese to take over the phone and explain things to me, and they finally gave me the room key, but there was no explanation or apology as to why it happened. I was handed the room key with a defiant attitude. And, as expected, I was charged at the restaurant even though I made a reservation with a plan that included breakfast. If the front desk is that much, well, I thought it would be like that. I'm scared of what I'll be charged next time when I check out tomorrow. Is Marriott a hotel like that? I come to Hawaii every year, but I will never stay at a Marriott again. It's a shame because the location and facilities are fine.

The hotel room is large, the hotel is new, and the facilities are good! The disadvantage I personally think is that the swimming pool is small and located on the fifth floor of the hotel, which is a bit useless (everyone goes to the beach to swim, especially the lagoon on the beach near the hotel, the water is very calm, the area is large and the scenery is beautiful), and I don’t know that the hotel charges 47 dollars per day for a resort. What does the fee provide? In addition, the hotel only has two high-rise buildings and does not go directly to the beach. It does not have the same atmosphere as the Hilton resort next to it (the Hilton we stayed at last time)

The best location in Hawaii, less than 5 minutes from Waikiki Beach on Oahu Island, where shopping, sightseeing, and activities are the most popular, is the big venue of this hotel. The reason I chose this hotel is that I don't have to rent a car for a full-day tour such as Oahu Island Tour, Turtle Snorkeling, and Hawaii Folk Show Ruau, so I can sleep, so I pay hotel blood and stay at a famous hotel. I was in the Wicolona Village, such as Big Ilan for 4 days, but I couldn't go to the hotel lounge or swimming pool because I was doing activities all day, and I couldn't see the famous dolphins, but I paid for the hotel blood and slept. It was so wasteful that I got this accommodation in Oahu, which is convenient for transportation, and I was satisfied with the choice. However, a very historical incident occurred and I filmed a movie that I will never forget. I laugh now, but how cool I was. On the first day, I was willing to eat beer and steak in the pub, so I left the card key at the hostel, and in the evening, there was no front desk, so no one opened the door. I can't contact the emergency contact network. . . Eventually, I asked for help with Trip.com online chat, but the hotel person said that I had to wait to read the email ㅠ. We went around the beach for 3 hours to find the bathroom, but we couldn't do anything, so we went back to our accommodation. On the roadside, we were scared to find out where the homeless appeared and started sleeping. I went into the police station, contacted the consulate, said, entered another hotel, said, his head was messy, and 30 minutes from the door of the hostel, he said, ”I'm glad that the manager was in the building and came out sleeping.” Opened the door. I saw an emergency email from Trip.com or was caught by the sound of the phone we were hanging on, so I could go to the hostel at 12 o'clock. Never leave your card key. The downside of this hostel was that it was hot, but I gave a thin blanket and slept with only a quilt. The advantage is that it is narrow because it is a window, but it is less stuffy and has a microwave, coffee maker, black tea, dish spoon fork, shower supplies, enough towels, etc. Rooms are not cleaned, laundry facilities are available, and chair boards to be taken to the beach are rented for free. Of course, there is no resort blood. Wow~ It will be a place that I will never forget for a lifetime.

Not as good as the new 3 star hotel rooms. (Pictured below are the benefits of room upgrade with the Marriott Platinum Card. I booked the cheapest room, but it turned out that booking through a third party did not provide any membership benefits. In the Maui fire, the hotel was full, and I wanted to upgrade temporarily but there was no room). The room is old, with an area of ​​less than 20 square meters. Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

I booked a room with two beds. There was no microwave and the fridge was very warm, I would not trust leaving food in there overnight. The room was alright although the hallways smelt like **** and there were stains on the carpet floor. Other then that, I enjoyed the view from the 15 floor. The hotel is also right in the middle of Waikiki and there is a trolley stop right across the street from the hotel. ( if you don’t want to pay a huge price for transportation I suggest the Waikiki trolley $10 non stop rides from Waikiki to Ala moana (pink line)
