We stayed for one night while visiting our daughter at UH. Was ok for driving distance to UH. All the staff were very lovely and helpful. We asked for early check in and we’re immediately accommodated. Everything is new and very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t have any meals at the hotel so unable to comment on that. The only thing was we weren’t aware of the parking charge ($15) but that didn’t spoil our stay. Great stay for the price we paid!

DO NOT STAY HERE! YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK. They have mold! We booked the room last min for the Renaissance tour. The first room we were offered (#120) smelled strongly of urine. The odor was so intense it begin to irritate my throat. We asked to move rooms due to the smell. The second room (#114) didn't smell like urine, but the air was still very musty/stale. After walking around the room in socks, we discovered a soaking wet carpet (from the AC condensation), likely the cause of the mold. We did not stay the night, but in the few hours we were at the motel, I started sneezing repeatedly, and my eyes were leaking. I also experienced a sore throat, and chest discomfort. I have now been sick for over a week, as have the two others I shared the room with. I did not have any of these symptoms prior to my visit. I have asthma, so I can only imagine what staying here could do to someone who is immunocompromised. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Please stay away from this motel. You might be enticed by the cost, but your health shouldn't be the price you pay.

I have stayed here 4 times. It is my favorite place to stay in Houston. You will not find a better team than Michael R. Giangrosso or Eli Rodriguez. We were stranded in Houston during the ice storm in Feb of 2021 for 10 days. We could not have asked for a more accommodating team from management to house keeping!! You wont be sorry

American breakfast, you can eat whatever you want and pack it, there is no limit. The twin room can accommodate 4 people, and there is also a sofa, which can accommodate 5 people. There is no need for an extra bed. The hotel is located near the Houston Medical Center, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby, so it is more convenient to buy things. It’s a little far away from Chinatown. If you want to make your own Chinese food and buy raw materials, it’s a little farther away. The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. There is a parking lot, but there is a charge, but it is not charged by the hotel guests. If you come to visit your friends, you only need to report the room number to park for free. The hotel staff are very nice, very friendly and kind, and sincerely willing to help others. The hotel has a laundry room, the laundry and drying are done twice, this is better

What I have always expected from Hilton - Excellence. We only had one issue but it was easily fixed - I love love love using the digital key but unfortunately it was not allowing for the gated parking to open it was showing unlocked but the gate didn’t budge, not for my car nor the 2 . But it was a simple fix came inside and the friendly front desk attendant got be a keycard as well as the parking pass to put in the windshield. The room of course was nicely put together and décor eye pleasing . Only slight gripe is do NOT get a standard room with double beds as it truly is for one person and the pillows are terrible I could not sleep at all and neither could my husband. Now let’s talk about breakfast (sigh) no waffles, no pancakes, juices watered down, no cheese nor picante sauce for eyes and a sign that states Happy Breakfast Starts Here - NEGATIVE
