찾은 호텔인데 정말 최악입니다.
프론트데스크 직원들 영어 하나도 못알아듣고 영어도 할줄 모르시고, 계속 태국어만 하시네요.
청결도도 최악입니다.
방에서 바퀴벌레 시체만 6마리나 나와서 몇번이나 프론트에 얘기했는데 약을 뿌리는게 아니라 수건으로 집어가시네요
한 30-40분뒤에 나타나셨음
추가적으로 타올이 비가 와서 젖어서 더 달라고했더니
프론트 남자직원이 굉장히 격앙된 목소리로 4개나?필요하냐고 물어보네요.
눈치보여서 뭘 달라고 하기가… ㅠㅠ
6년전에는 서비스도 좋았고 청결도도 좋았는데
이번에는 전체적으로 너무 아쉽네요.
차라리 후아힌에 다른 체인호텔을
가는게 나을거같아요.

Beautiful little villa, quiet scenery, considerate service. This time we went on a three-night vacation for two to celebrate a birthday, and enjoyed the hotel's spa, breakfast, dinner, mini bar, and swimming pool. There is a rich buffet breakfast next to the seaside swimming pool. When I had breakfast, I found that the hotel was almost full of families.

The villa I booked has a swimming pool, but it's too small to swim in. The residents next to it are very close, separated by a wall, so it's not fun to play. The breakfast place is too hot, and there's nothing good to eat. The boat noodles are just so-so. The hotel doesn't have a good beach either. Overall, it's not as good as I expected.
