AAnonymous UserFacilities: Hot water has not been on for a long time
Hygienic: OK, relatively clean, there is a problem on the sheets and quilts, I got up in the morning and got a few small cockroaches on my stomach, maybe I was allergic.
Environment: Geographical location is not discussed, after all, it is a suburb. But the noise needs to be improved. The main points are: ① I am a special room at 2:30 in the morning. The windows are facing the corridor (as good as no windows, the blinds can't block all the light), the sound insulation is very poor, around 7 in the morning, several nearby rooms are knocked on the door in turn to wake up, It may be a travel team, and then there is a loudspeaker shouting (like a tour guide shouting collection) ② 8-9 in the morning, the cleaning aunt chatting (or it may be an argument) is very hi, the sound is very loud, I wear noise-proof Bluetooth earplugs can still hear, Later, a man in the next room shouted ”don't make a noise”, and the aunts gradually lowered their voice decibels until I fell asleep again.
Service: Not demanding good service, but at least know the check-in time, I check in at 2:30, don't ask you to check out at 14:00, at least 13 o'clock, right? I just got up and washed, the front desk urged due out, I saw the time 11:40, said the check-out time 12 o'clock, I feel very mechanized.
Personal opinion: I used to do Marriott GSM. We urged due out to see the check-in time. If you check in too late, you will take the initiative to note that you will be reminded after 14 o'clock. Normal check-in will be reminded after 12:15. It is also a performance of humanized service.
