We especially enjoyed the dinner service, where the restaurant staff provided exceptional service and carefully explained the dishes and beverage selections. This is a newly opened store. I came to Huai'an to play with the object. I don't know which one to live in. I chose this one. It looks more interesting. I originally thought it was a protected building. It may be more general. The result is very unexpected. The newly renovated facilities and environment are very good. I can see that it is a guest and a cleaning. And the service is good too. Another interesting thing about this one is that the old Ximen food stalls downstairs are also theirs. We ordered sausage, duck palm sausage takeaway, but I didn’t expect it to be raw. Please ask the merchant to help process it. The plastic bag was replaced with a plate. The next night I ate in their restaurant area. The price was very cheap and the taste was very good. And the water bar in the room can also scan the code to order food. Hahaha, the food can be delivered directly to the room. It is very comfortable. If there is a chance to go next time, I will still live here. The impression left for us is really good, everyone in the store is very warm, very good, I recommend this hostel and the old Ximen food stall downstairs. First class. Modern and well designed. Fairly large room, with desk, sofa, automated light-blocking curtains; and comfortable bed. Well organized. Great shower area and nice bathroom. Traditional Chinese breakfast, but with coffee available. Staff is friendly. Recommended.

Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution. The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy. His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

I booked this hotel for my family, and its location is incredibly convenient. It's close to attractions, making transportation and shopping super easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick. They even accommodated my family's request for a late check-out, which was fantastic! As a contestant of the Huai'an Marathon, this stay at Lan'ou Hotel was a surprise trip! Originally, it was convenient to book a hotel close to the starting point, but I didn't expect the harvest to exceed expectations. After the front desk learned that we were horse runners, we took the initiative to upgrade the room type without breakfast to give a double-day breakfast. What is more touching is that the breakfast time on the 13th was specially adjusted for the event. A rich energy breakfast was prepared at 5:30 in the morning. Hot porridge, eggs, and buns are all available. Let us eat warm food in the cold morning, this meticulous care of the event is too poking! From the gas handwritten in the lobby to the blessing of the game at the check-out, every detail is based on the understanding of the runner, and the ”home away from home” really falls into the real place. Highly recommended to the future runners, this is definitely the treasure hotel that knows the athletes most during Huaima!

I was a little tired on the way back to my hometown. I found a hotel close to the highway and not too expensive. The whole stay was super cost-effective. The room decoration log wind looked very refreshing and clean. The bathroom was dry and wet. Separated, two people lived, It is very convenient to use. The hotel is at the entrance of a community. The surrounding life is very heavy. There are supermarkets, snack bars, breakfast shops, and fruit shops next to it. I went out to buy some fruit snacks. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel and didn’t evaluate it. I went to the Fengyun noodle restaurant recommended by the beauty of the reception desk. I ate local special noodles, the taste was very good, the hotel had a laundry room to wash, because I was on the way to rest early, I asked the waiter to help take out the clothes, the room arranged was very quiet, the bed was softer and the pillow was the height I liked. This must give the waiter who checked in at the reception desk a thumbs up, understand our needs, arrange a room facing south in the community, open the window early in the morning to see the sun, the mood is much more beautiful, this hotel is great! Although it is passing by, the chance to come to Huai'an in the future is not high, or share the experience of staying, recommend it to friends in need!

I only stayed one night at Hi Inn Hotel, but it was exactly the rest I needed. The service was wonderful and genuinely high-quality; the room was spotless and smelled fresh. The price is standard, yet the service far exceeds what you usually get for that rate. A lovely surprise was the little bag of holiday snacks I received for National Day—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Qingjiangpu Canal Historic Quarter, but taxis are easy to find. The market isn’t far away, yet I didn’t hear any noise from it. Many thanks to the service team for making my short stay so comfortable.

I had a great stay here over the weekend. It's right next to Hongze Lake, so the surrounding area is beautiful. The AC is quite powerful, so you definitely won't get cold in the room. Plenty of hot water. The hotel was helpful in steering me towards a grocery store. In addition, they also have kept my workbooks safe that i accidentally left in the room, which I need to teach with. I will definitely be coming back soon for another stay.
