ZZhiyi MalaysiaThis hotel stay exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly with genuine hospitality. Throughout our stay, every team member was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Their attention to detail truly made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest well every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized. The room facilities were also very complete, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious.
One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. The breakfast selection was impressive with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the dinner service, where the restaurant staff provided exceptional service and carefully explained the dishes and beverage selections. The quality of the food exceeded expectations, and every meal felt enjoyable and memorable.
The hotel facilities were also outstanding. The swimming pool, lounge areas, and public spaces were well-maintained and beautifully designed. Everything felt premium and thoughtfully arranged for guests to fully relax and enjoy their holiday. The location was convenient as well, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
What impressed us the most was the consistency of the service. Every department, from front desk to restaurant staff and housekeeping, maintained a very high standard of professionalism and friendliness. GGuest UserThe location is very good, opposite the former residence of Premier Zhou and the Schneider Bookstore. It is not too far from the ruins of the General Administration of Transportation and the Memorial Hall of the Transportation and Huai'an Mansion. It is OK to walk and walk. The history of the old block is very strong. The restaurant is on the edge of the hotel. It is convenient to eat. The rooms were cleaned very clean, the facilities and bedding were quite new, the front desk service was warm and intimate, and the hostel was very good.

GGuest UserStaffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution.
The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy.
His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk proactively upgraded me to a higher floor room with a great view. The bedding was clean and soft, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast spread on the second day was also plentiful, especially the noodles, which were particularly delicious. Service was very responsive; anything I requested was delivered within minutes. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends.

Hhng203As a contestant of the Huai'an Marathon, this stay at Lan'ou Hotel was a surprise trip! Originally, it was convenient to book a hotel close to the starting point, but I didn't expect the harvest to exceed expectations. After the front desk learned that we were horse runners, we took the initiative to upgrade the room type without breakfast to give a double-day breakfast. What is more touching is that the breakfast time on the 13th was specially adjusted for the event. A rich energy breakfast was prepared at 5:30 in the morning. Hot porridge, eggs, and buns are all available. Let us eat warm food in the cold morning, this meticulous care of the event is too poking! From the gas handwritten in the lobby to the blessing of the game at the check-out, every detail is based on the understanding of the runner, and the ”home away from home” really falls into the real place. Highly recommended to the future runners, this is definitely the treasure hotel that knows the athletes most during Huaima!

The location of the hotel is very superior, the surrounding traffic is convenient, whether it is shopping for food or traveling, it is particularly convenient. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple and atmospheric, the lobby is clean and bright, the public area is clean and elegant, the details are very careful, and the atmosphere is full.
The interior of the room is spacious and transparent, the lighting and ventilation effect is very good, the cleaning is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, it is especially relaxing to lie on, the sound insulation effect is superb, the night is quiet and not noisy, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The bathroom is designed with reasonable dry and wet separation, the hot water supply is stable and sufficient, the toiletries are complete and clean, the infrastructure is complete and the maintenance is in place, and the use is very good.

NNika✨I only stayed one night at Hi Inn Hotel, but it was exactly the rest I needed. The service was wonderful and genuinely high-quality; the room was spotless and smelled fresh. The price is standard, yet the service far exceeds what you usually get for that rate. A lovely surprise was the little bag of holiday snacks I received for National Day—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Qingjiangpu Canal Historic Quarter, but taxis are easy to find. The market isn’t far away, yet I didn’t hear any noise from it. Many thanks to the service team for making my short stay so comfortable.

JJoseph Gray BaileyI had a great stay here over the weekend. It's right next to Hongze Lake, so the surrounding area is beautiful. The AC is quite powerful, so you definitely won't get cold in the room. Plenty of hot water. The hotel was helpful in steering me towards a grocery store. In addition, they also have kept my workbooks safe that i accidentally left in the room, which I need to teach with. I will definitely be coming back soon for another stay.
