The winery provides butler service. Thanks to Ling for taking care of us for the past two days. She helped us carry our luggage, delivered breakfast, and took us to visit the wine cellar. The winery is halfway up the mountain and is surrounded by greenery. If it weren't for the season when catkins are flying everywhere, it would be very beautiful. The whole winery has a strong sense of design. Various crafts are made using various wine bottles, bottle stickers, bottle stoppers, oak barrels, etc. It is very innovative. The curtains in the room are specially designed with star cutouts. I am very happy to see the stars in the sun when I wake up in the morning. However, as a hotel, the facilities are indeed average, and the room is a bit small, which is somewhat inconsistent with the high-end positioning of the winery.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that a Hilton hotel has opened in my hometown of Jinhu! The lobby was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, the wood-style decor was very sophisticated, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and with the TV screen mirroring, I could even see the laundry progress. I didn't want to get up once I lay down. I slept exceptionally well that night. The air conditioning was also great, keeping the temperature comfortable and not drying at all. The shower water temperature was perfect, no need to constantly adjust, and the hot water was incredibly refreshing. The breakfast also had many highlights, including freshly made omelets, fluffy pancakes, as well as Chinese-style fried dough sticks, steamed buns, and hot porridge. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, satisfying different tastes. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk was efficient, proactively introducing the hotel facilities, responding promptly to any issues, and their friendly and patient attitude made me feel very warm. I'm sure this hotel will do well in the future, and I hope my hometown will continue to prosper!

The stay experience was great, especially thanks to the staff Xiao Shen! We wanted to use the mahjong machine. The machine had a small fault. Xiao Shen came as soon as possible and patiently and meticulously helped with debugging. The operation was repeated until the machine could be used normally. The service was positive and caring, and the attitude was particularly good. The hotel lobby is light and luxurious, with its own special cafe, public area with piano, quiet office area, laundry room equipped with dryer, complete supporting facilities, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, overall stay is very good, will choose here next time, highly recommended!

Staying at the Lobster Jinling Hotel was an experience filled with thoughtful service from start to finish. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, and they even included detailed instructions, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and polite, always greeting us proactively and kindly inquiring about our plans and meal intentions, meticulously recommending the hotel's signature lobster dishes. Unfortunately, my friend had already booked a meal at 'Shrimp God,' so I missed out on trying the hotel's lobster this time. The breakfast service was excellent, with timely replenishment of dishes. From check-in to dining, you could feel the staff's patience and attentiveness everywhere; they responded quickly to any issues and provided thorough, unhurried service. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the outstanding service left a deep impression. Next time I'm in Xuyi, I'll definitely save room to try the hotel's lobster.
