酒店環境真的超好。高端大氣。房間空間大 衞生乾淨。暖氣很足。裝修風格也很喜歡。前台小姐姐很有耐心，幫忙介紹了環縣的特色小吃店。早餐種類齊全，下次還會選擇這裏的！

酒店很好找，旁邊還有個環洲購物中心，購物也方便。酒店房間設施很齊全，衞生乾淨，床品舒適，晚上睡覺太舒服啦，早餐備有特色的麪食；臊子麪，早餐種類還挺多，中西式都有。星程住出了美居的感覺；整體來説酒店各方面都挺好，工作人員也都很熱情。這次住宿很滿意!

噪音大，服務態度差！辦入住時前台説大床房全是三角房型，讓我加四十多升級高級大床房，訂的大床房是正常價位，住的房子確感覺跟特價房一樣，最邊邊上的一間，還説大床房就是這種房型。宣傳圖上就是正常房型，如果真的都是三角房型，那就存在虛假宣傳，而且通過前台和同事用方言聊天，得知因為某單位訂了很多房，房子不夠衹剩這種房型了，才説大床房全是這種房型。服務態度差極其傲慢，6點左右到酒店辦入住，説是三角房型我説上去看一下，結果等了半個小時6點多了才下來人帶我上去看，我在前面走給按的電梯，在馬路邊噪音很大。非常不推薦，太忽悠人。
